Glad to hear about your new job and it would be awesome if you could get your job to adopt srs coverage. As for decision to go to Belgium, personally I think it's a great one. Both Dr. Bowers and my surgeon told me that's where they send their phallo patients because they are the best in their opinion. And about the vaginectomy, yeah Ive heard about a 20% reduction with them, but some docs like Dr. Ako don't do them at all and don't have any fistulas. Just wanted to throw that out there.
I keep going back and forth on lower stuff because honestly i dont find either main procedure perfect.
I personally think the reason a vaginectomy might help reduce complications is because of the involuntary contractions and spasms vaginas often have. No doc told me that outright, but it makes sense to me. Of course no matter what is done and how great your doc is anything can happen and for me thats important to remember.
i will probably go but it will depend on money and all

I've thought about going to Gender Odyssey, but I've been told it has been getting way too commercial...like Pride in some cities.
