I had my wisdom teeth removed. All 4. I am 25... And I was HORRIFIED by the work... I had nitrous oxide and IV sedation and I absolutely didn't have any problem with the work done. I truly am amazed out how the fear of the dentist was 100% diminished. You have to experience it to realize it. NO2 is amazing and it makes the work you need done seem completely fine - Even if you're like me and it terrifies you to get work done.
the oral surgeon i went to had the most amazing gas it made me feel numb all over except my head felt like i was floating away from my body then i passed out and when i woke up everything was so trippy, amazing feelings, repeating images and sounds, felt like a dream. wasnt even sure if the surgery was over yet in fact it just started and i didnt even care.
When my friend gave me laughing gas in a balloon it just made my feel dizzy and hear strange noises hahah is that what laughing gas at the dentist dose ?
@StVitalDentist, I'm going in for extract four of my back molars: the wisdom teeth, and four of my first molars.
I have a real bad phobia for Dentists and Doctors in general and I believe they're giving me Nitrous Oxide. Now I have TMJ and a bad gag reflex, will the nitrous oxide help with pacifying the pain of keeping my mouth open and my gag reflex?
