Thats tight, Im gonna have to carefully try this with my HomeMade ball(Playground sand in a basketball=30lbs) but I know my girl is gonna bitch if I drop it, more incentive to keep it from fallin....nice...more vids!
@HerricksHigh Yeah.. but the hardest part is filling it to complete capacity..since sand shifts and the ball is malleable...you can get some of that construction foam stuff that hardens..or some gorilla glue to fill the space..after that...just good old duct tape. Tossing this thing up 50x3 sets...works a lot of muscles..I drop it down into a squat when I catch it. its great.....good luck.
That's a slick workout: I like the combo of D-Ball throw (core, strength) and punches (speed). Great job Darness, keep up the vids. I'm really interested in the D-Ball (that's how I stumbled onto your vids), so I'd love to see more D-Ball workouts, if you have any.
