I got a capture device recently, and definitely intend to keep using the camera.
I don't know if it's USB2 transfer speeds, my ancient PC being not up to the job, or the software being rubbish, but I found the whole experience entirely frustrating.
Yes , I tried a dazzle make one, the ps2 will work with extereme fiddling and f all else. Never again!! I think a decent camera and an LCD tv, like you've proved, is more than good enough :)
I have been thinking about getting a capture device. Now that you have used it...do you think it's better/easier to aim your cam at the screen, or use the device? Is hooking it all up, & messing with the software worth it?

i loved that game,i remember finding a double pack in 2005 in Kmart,i played the first and 2nd so much :D..then something happend to it..but i still play driv3r quite a bit but not as much since it came out unfinished

Meh, I'm a little disappionted with the quality tbh, it took an age to get it working and for a 10% improvement, I think I'll be going back to my camera
Yes, great fun. Such a shame the later seqeuls tried too hard to be a GTA copy, still the first one is a top, top game, one of the few drivng games that can appael to non race game fans I feel.

I don't think its worth the hassle, its very picky on what settings you use and only has av or s video ports. I can't get it to work again!

I loved this game back when it came out .

Like MaximumRD I played this game so much that I knew every inch of the tracks, probably my favourite ever driving game, was also fantastic on PC.
