  • Is the body RETARDED? It stores FAT for times when you have no food and then when you actually don't give the body food it doesn't use the FAT it stored for that very reason.

  • Right! The body will first burn all the muscle tissue because you're telling your body that it won't get any food soon, so it's saving the energie (fat) for last.

    When the muscle tissue is gone, the body will burn the fat. But when all you're muscles are gone, your body will not have a normal shape! That is the reason why you see all the bones stick out on the body of an anorexic person!

  • I talked to a personal trainer, but I forgot what she said. When your heart beat is at a certain range, the body burns carbs, at another range, it burns protein, etc. And that it wants to burn such and such before it burns such and such. Do you know what I'm talking about? What's the hierachy?

  • Yes, your body would like to burn your muscles first, because muscles need wayyyy more energie then your fat does. So if you don't feed your body properly, the body will take down the proteins (muscles) so that he can save the energie that you will be needing when you don't have anything to eat.

    So if you want to loose waight, you have to make sure that your muscle tissue grows! They keep your metabolism high and will burn your fat ! (when you eet properly ofcourse)

  • Good video. I felt my best when I was 110 LBs and was lifting weights every day. Now 20lbs heavier. Can't seem to get back into the groove. To tired. I do have a lot of food allergies/sensitivites to. My eyes lately will not stop itching!! So that is why when I do try to lose weight it won't burn?? Wish I knew where to start.

  • muscle weighs more than fat, so that could be it. if not cardio is the best way to lose weight jumping jaxs, running, and running up and down stairs is good

    the body, a lot of people who are obese, or have awkwardness had unhealthy and unnatural upbringing physically,mental/emotionally and it is reflected in the way their body formed from durring childhood so if we give kids good health good environment mentally/psychologically they will grow up more at ease and with a more natural fluid movement and their skeletal muscular systems will be well proportioned

  • Now I do a lot of yoga and rhythmic cardio excercises, and kinisthenics, but Im noticeable and picked on, especially I can be the target of abuse or unwanted interaction by people who are covert, or bullying, so I try to keep to myself as much as possible, ttrying to explain this stuff is hard because what I say goes in one persons ear and out the other it is like people cant believe what I say, but I know it is true, thats why I like Mad pride and mind freedom so much,

  • Some men I've noticed, and theses are my observations and I really believe them to be true, if you are a stockier fellow with a good center of gravity, then you may not have this problem either, bu if you are like me It is pretty notice able when i move as my limbs are not well proportioned, and I have a poor center of gravity, thicker legs and glutes so my hips have some sway outside the norm, so I have always held tension in my hips causing a great deal of pain and awkwardness in my body.

  • my observations from being a person who is awkward is that I've noticed thinner men can move more freely in public, as their proportions aren't as noticeable when they move, bigger men hold themselves more ridgid because the sway of their bodies produces a stronger emotional affect, discouraging the bigger framed guy from moving in an organic flowing natural way that corresponds with energy pathways, the more slender person can be relieved of this psycho/physical burden...

I understand that the body is a somthing that is personal to a lot of people and they do not like to referance it, and I understand with all the put downs and callousnes that exists, we are born into these bodies and they are our cage for as long as we are here on earth, people who are ease with there bodies or whose bodytypes fall within the norm are not as conscienscious of this stuff

  • I really like these psychetruth videoes, and I think they provide a good forum for people to comment on theses issues, there is a lot of unhealthy, suffering, people who arent makeing it or just barely makeing it and that is no way to live when there is so much extravagence and wealth disparity, and the universe is so abundant? Why cant we get to the problem? I think that "Wealth" needs to be examined and evaluated, why should anyone need so much while others are struggling so hard?

  • I sent an email to Pres. Obama to formulate a new department and cabinet, called the Department of Nutrition. I also suggested that Natalie be appointed the new Secretary. I also sent one to Congressman Wexler in hopes he can get this going, with a link to Natalie's channel. I think this dept. can decrease the cost of healthcare and pay for itself in less healthcare dollars spent. Who knows perhaps it might even put Dr. Bellonzi out of work, lol.

  • That is not a good choice on your part because by doing this youare you holding yourself back energetically, sewing the seeds for future disease, costs and complications, when you are physically unhealthy it brings a lot more negative variables into the picture,things that would be avoided if you were in good shape. also it holds your kids back in that bad nutrition and health can thwart the intellectual and physical growth of your kids, interfering with their long term success and happiness.

  • Nowadays to make millions you need a degree in your chosen field, then an MBA, and then a law degree. Basically your priming yourself to become the CEO. So for instance you have a RD degree; then you do the other stuff and then you become CEO of Kraft foods, Nabisco, or Nestle's.  It wouldn't hurt if you got the other two from Harvard or MIT.

  • i wouldnt smoke weed if i were you. i smoked for 6 years and its really hard to quit. ive been able to stop cigs. perscription drugs but weed is hard for me. so if you do only do it rarely, if you can do that then you got the best of both worlds. however i find it hard to occasionaly do anything.

  • baking soda. go to a specialty store with the soda made with water technique and no added aluminum. baking sodas refined with chemicals have a distinct taste. It's not deadly you mix it with cake and such. You clean your house with it and vacumm your carpet with it and you have a non-toxic cleansed house. BAKING SODA IS THE SHIT FOR YOU!

  • oh and here's another topic to investigate into, thermogenics. Thermogenics is consumption of sources that increase the internal body temperature. Make sure to use thermos that DO NOT shock the cns (central nervous system). Their are two good sources I use which includes Cayenne pepper and a seaweed called brown seaweed fucoxanthin which you can buy in a product called fucothin. these, a healthy diet, exercise, and an alkaline body should get you were you want. good luck.

  • 4 tbl spoons of baking soda is the craziest colon cleanse I know of. Try it but don't have any plans for the next two to three hours. After that pound some cultures (probiotics) to help future digestion, ex. organic whole milk yogurt.

  • well, it's probably good, but check what they put in it. I eat a little of that, but i think it's still better if we ate decent meals and lots of fruits and vegetables. Crackers are addictive for me - I just sit and work and unconsciously, my hand just reaches for the crackers and I eat them.

    Eat 500 - 1500 calories per day

    Eat sparingly throughout the day

    Take a multi vitamin and mineral supplement each morning (glucose balance helps a lot)

    Get plenty of sleep

    Work out with weights 1 body part per week

    Run as hard and as fast as you can for 2 - 20 minutes (depends of your fitness level), then walk briskly for 20-40 minutes twice a week Don't give up!

    When at goal weight get off diet slowly and always watch your weight

  • I have to get this much exercise in for some reason I get overweight fast, and get feeling toxic and ridgid it is just the way my metabolism is, etc... I like to feel healthy, limber and have energy not just to feel physically fit but so I can overcome psycic and mental negativity, and difficulty. One thing I notice though is that a lot of people (very wrongly, and to my dismay) assume this means Im vain and preoccupied with superficial appearance and this is untrue and unfortunate.

  • Why doesn't the body go after the stored fat first? Why does it go after the fat that is necessary? It makes sense that the body would go after fat stored uo before going after the tissue that is necessary for body processes.
