@spoof1 Warren understands this very well. You do not understand what she is saying. Banks use to make money by lending. That is there products. But now they lend less and more and more they are charging fees. Right now 40% of they revenue are fees. You think it is right ? To fix all this mess we have to stop looking left or right but vote for smart Congress (Warren is smarter than Brown), ... and smart President (I do not now who yet :-)

More politicians should be required to do this. In fact, there should be a test for even trying to run for a political office. At least Elizabeth doesn't appear to be solely reading off a teleprompter reading some speech that she didn't even write and can speak without sounding like a total moron. I don't care what party a person is in, but if they're a complete idiot then they don't belong in any official office.

if you teach contracts then you must understand UCC 1-308 which states no one can be forced into a contract without knowingly, willingly and VOLUNTARILY entering into it. perhaps you could explain why the Massachusetts Courts force People into contracts with governments that do not perform or worse do not provide FULL DISCLOSURE in their contracts. Perhaps you understand that UNITED STATES is a corporation and defacto government and I do not consent to contract with that corporation.

Elizabeth Warren wasn't born in Massachusetts, she couldn't win in her home state. She's just another liberal lawyer who wants to be a politician, she's too extreme. Scott Brown is a moderate and more mainstream and not as big as a ideologue as Warren is.

Elizabeth Warren is a hypocrite and elitist. In her campaign for the middle class she has been using GE as an example of corporate tax evasion, yet recently she accepted a donation from a well-known GE lobbyist. A large majority of her donations are coming in from the mega-rich in Hollywood who care more about themselves than the opinions of the people of Massachusetts. 11,000 of her donations were not from Massachusetts residents but from Washington insiders.

If capitalism is about concentrating wealth and power in the hands of 1% of the population, while the rest of us lose our share of the wealth we've created with our labor, then I say the hell with it.
If it's socialism to expect a living wage for our work, health care as a human right rather than as a source of profit for insurers, and the chance for everyone to better his lot through education and a decent job, then I'm all for it.

The difference between the Tea Party and the OWS movement is that the Tea Partiers are anti government and the OWS folks are anti corporate control of our government. So one wants less government the other see's the unfulfilled potential of governments ability to create a better world.
