By the way, from my imagination to your's Starfleet merged with MACO(Military Assault Command Operations) on September 5, 2158 about 3 years(give or take a few months) before the Federation/Coalition charter was signed. Starfleet became the military arm of the coalition(soon to become the U.F.P.).

The trouble with enterprise was it didnt offer anything new to the franchise. DS9 and Voyager took on a new perspective on Trek. Enterprise just rehashed old plots and many episodes i sat there thinking "They've already done this". Only Season 4 started to get any good, but by then it was just too late :(

Technically the NX-Class did become part of the UFP Fleet after the founding of the Federation. There was a conflict with the Klingons following the Earth-Romulan War that took place before Kirk Time. There was a Federation ship then called USS Enterprise, a post-NX-Class, but Pre-Constitution Class of some kind, but it had USS in its name while the other still had NX-01 to distinguish it from Archer's Enterprise, which was brought out of mothball for the war effort.

To those giving grief about the fact that the NX-01 was not an UFP ship... Although during the short run of the series Enterprise, it was part of just 'Starfleet', but the series ended with the creation of the UFP... after that, although not cannon, it is logical to assume that the NX-01 (and her sister ships) would all have become part of the UFP. It's not cannon, but if the show had continued, that's how it would have played out.

All the Trek themes are pretty epic, especially TOS and TNG, but the first episode I ever watched of 'Enterprise' I almost couldn't believe how brutally lame the theme was. It was a SONG too, not a proper orchestral piece, and a pretty cliche one at that.

However, after hearing it as many times as there are episodes of Enterprise, it kinda grew on me and I found myself singing it everywhere I went, like a huge nerd.

Just for the record for everyone referring to the Enterprise NX-01, NX is not the only the class, but it is also an experimental designation later in Starfleet. Example, U.S.S. Excelsior was originally designated NX-2000 when it was an experimental ship.

Aside from that, excellent vid. Obviously you can't get every ship, but you got the best in my opinion. Hat's off to the Constitution- and Excelsior-class ships!
