@Jackie727 Thanks! We did have a great time! We will have to wait and see about 2011. I'm not sure we can get 120 pts for this year JUST in regular. :-)
@equinegamer lol I meant hopefully you'll both get to do more agility in general next year. :) We've already faced reality that we won't have an entered dog at champs for 2011. Ashi is enjoying his semi-retirement and Journey would have to qualify in every single possible regular run to get the lifetime points and we'd have to enter more shows than we are going to do. Perhaps 2012 for the jman!
@Jackie727 I believe that we will be shooting for 2012, too. I don't know where it is going to be though, so we will just have to wait and see. I read on the NADACYahoo site that Sharon is looking at either Ohio or Kentucky for 2011. She will let us know when she gets more info.
I have been watching the videos of Journey. He is doing wonderfully! Greg is doing a great job! :-)
You guys looked really good out there! I think I realize why I don't see too many border collies doing AKC!! One step, and they end up with a refusal when they are going so fast! I was so impressed on the first FAST course when you got her to take the a-frame on that hard angle. Brad would tell me I was crazy if I asked him to do that!
@agilitybrad Thanks! We had a great time! I really missed running her all year! It felt good to be back! :-)
She is fast and that is why we worked so hard on her weavepole entries, so we wouldn't miss them. We don't have a dog walk so that "refusal" could take a bit. :-)
go Duchess!! Onward to 2011 & hopefully MORE agility!!! :)
