is this the 7k2000 ? I got a refurbished one back from Hitachi for my defective original one and when I hold the drive (while powered off) and turn it upside down and back I can hear a slight sound of something inside. It sounds like a plastic item. Is that normal ?
what bit did you use to unscrew the screws?
