I paid around 100$ for ATI's Tuner with PowerCinema 5 at MicroBytes.. PowerCinema sucks (lots of bugs that they won't fix cuz it's old) but it records in HD. Good investment if you dont own a TV like me ;).

Hehe à la Malkin, this trick definitely works if the other team is screening their own goalie... still didnt fix your sound?
My Videos lack sound sometimes because I use freeware to get them. I lack the equipment / programs needed to get sound. Sorry.
