I am 51 years old and heard this back in he 70s on Sesame Street at lunch time and have taught this song to countless children throughout the years!! we snap our fingers and  we sing quackity quack said the little old duck its back luck to be born a duck so the duck took a dip and the chicken did too and the duck was cool but the next thing you knew, he pulled out the chicken and put him on land etc. I`ve taught this song to german children, they LOVE it.

Nice story. But the kid in the shades is so super COOL! Playing the desk with brushes to make it sound like a snare drum!

I love this story. Teaches kids a good lesson on how you shouldn't judge people until you get to know them.

What sticks out in my mind the most (for some reason) is the line, "If I didn't have wings, I could shake your hand."

Wait, is that exactly what Roosevelt said?
