(myself included) looking for a "sound" of a favorite player. They spend hundreds and even thousands and then are disappointed when they still can't get that "sound". I personally LOVE John Petrucci's tone, but if I were to plug right into his rig it would sound like "me" not "him"....Thanks much for pointing that out!

Sounds really really good, Dave. You have a very nice "light touch" and a tremendously good control of dynamics. Your vibrato is absolutely gorgeous...not too fast and chipmunk-ish, yet not too slow and wide either. Just right. The 2120 sounds fantastic...I know someone else who uses one of those exclusively, and he gets the best tones I've ever heard. I bought one, but ended up selling it because it was just too complicated. LOL! Anyway, nice job and thanks for sharing it with us.

@ebealienhead Hi Dave... I've been messing around and have found that using a Wah pedal with a retro style amp gives pretty much this sound with my Fender Strat... Reverb also extends it... LOL.
