I didnt lose 9 lbs in 11 days but I didnt exercise. I did lose 6 lbs and I am now in the 2nd cycle and I have lost 10 lbs. I am averaging about 1/2 lb per day. I really love this diet program. Hope to post my own video when I lose my goal of 40 lbs.

I really hope this is as good as everyone says cause i've treid lts of other diets an pills an this is completely different to evryhthing public mainstream corporate media blabs in your face. Yeah, I tried it and it's really weird how it works. It just... does. And I like not having to really think about what I'm doing. Just follow the meal plan. I like not having to count calories. I also exercise at my school's gym, so the weight comes off like twice as fast.
i agree with harvestsof . ive tried flfi and it works so great!!! i didnt take the three day break so it was actually 14 days for me and in that 14 days i lost over 10 pounds. im so happyyyy. but the only thing i dont like is that i get soooo many cravings, other than that its :)

How many of that weight loss was actually body fat? What was your bodyfat percentage before and after? What was your RMR?
