straight up. the man will be a the equal to any republican running against him. its silly that there are only two MAIN groups. i say Ron Paul and Obama team up, and put good knowledge to use for the first tiime in a long tiime.
Abraham Lincoln's trademark was his brutal honesty and his integrity. Barack Obama has the exact same qualities, and they will undoubtedly carry him all the way to the White House in 2008.
RIGHT TO THE POINT... GOP loves Hillary because she's easier to defeat... since she's an opportunist blonde who switches sides and don't stick to her issue. Obama talks about vital points that matter, and don't switch sides even when ratings drop... and that's what type of leader I want to vote for... Not Hillary.
I think people need to get over the perception that:"We should elect Hillary, because she can beat a republican"
Or
The perception that:"Bill Clinton...good president...hillary...wife of bill...i liked bill...elect her"
And move more toward sound judgment and honest assessment.
They say Hillary is intellectual, smart, witty etc...But when you make a point that no one else can understand, I think that shows a lack of communication and a LACK of intelligence.
Oh, how I wish Barack Obama would make this the central message of his campaign and stay on-message and not allow pundits and the other candidates force him off-message. This is a clear a statement of the problem with nominating Hillary Clinton as Obama needs to make.
Obama needn't go into specific policy differences -- rather, it is the sense among many of us (no doubt the majority of the public) that elected officials don't care about what people like us think. Obama needs to tap into that and leave the rest alone. Otherwise they will only distort what he is saying.
I get the sense people are swayed by the polls though -- and I think that's Hillary's strong suite is her ability to market herself.
So I think it's important for Barack to point these things out, so people aren't deceived. I don't think it's about smart vs dumb policy I think it's all about PERCEPTION of strategy.
On the other hand, I think it shows leadership to speak truth to the bs that is Hillary.
Great point! The American people are so tried of fighting and backbiting. Obama says this with style and challenges Hillaty and the rest of us to "turn the page."
This is exactly why I am voting and caucusing for Obama!

Wow! That's amazing. Finally a politician who's preaching a message of hope, not of fear.
