    3. Sun. I have to agree with Paulo. A walk in the fields improves quality of life. For it did, i think, aid in our creation.

    4. Aquire knowledge through study or experience.

    5. The final thing i should do to improve the quality of life will be kept reserved. Only to be shared with my love.

    This was a great exercise. Thanks Paulo. Complacency must be lifes biggest enemy.

  • My life changes all the time..

    phatological family, nuns, orphanage, sex, scolarship in Dk and now my life in Pl.

    I'm adapting to new condition all the time because of my unbalanced way of life.

    I have to focus on revising for exams and after i will be finished on working and erning many for my 19m2 flat.

    I fish I'd improve my quality of life..

    I mean all sort of aspects like eating habbits, sex life..but the most important is to change my way of thinking..I've made to many wrong decisions

  • 1-Amar, y dejar amarse (no importa cuanto nos tilden de cursi o de locos, es solo temporal, la sociedad se acostumbra)

    2-Arriesgarse ( a pesar de traer "complicaciones" solo son puertas que se abren hacia lo que realmente nos hace bien)

    3-Despertar (siempre suceden milagros, es bueno estar atentos y aprender a leer lo que nos quieren decir)

    4- Baila descalzo en el barro, juega con un niño, tira besos al aire...

    5- Habla con el mundo, alguien siempre esta a tu lado aun que no lo veas

  • im 15 years. a girl from austria and i spend at the moment an exchange year in peru. im in peru (city chiclayo) till 2 months and i can just say, that it is the best time in my life i had till now. i have no idea what i should change, because everything is amzing and im just so happy that i can be here. i think when u realize how lucky you r, then you will also become happy. thank you so much for your books. i really love them and the help me, to see situations from different points of opinion.

  • Una de las cosas que considero mejoraria mi calidad de vida es: administrar bien mi tiempo, sé que no voy a dejar de navegar por internet ni voy a dejar mi programa de tv favorito, ni voy a dejar mi trabajo ni voy a dejar de jugar con mi hija aún cuando hay trabajo por hacer... Así... que solo me resta desarrollar la habilidad de tener tiempo para hacer un poquito de todo.

  • There are so many aspects of my life that I am not happy with. I so appreciate the "smaller" things in life but putting others needs ahead of mine totally left me lifeless. 1- TAKE CARE of me first 2- Have fun with my children 3- Go back to Brasil and spend more time with my family 4- Go back to College 5- Study more languages..something I love!! 6- Learn to be in the moment 7- Be more positive 8- Make new friends 9- Learn to relax 10- Exercise more

  • Well, I may say that it would be...uhm...

    1- Trying to enjoy more every day

    2- Trying to do new things

    3- Improve my skills in art for example

    4- Trying not to worry too much about everything

    5- I guess also, being less in front of the computer and take more air XD

  • find a passion (but not a obsession), keep old friendships, walk and cycle more, use private transportation less, smile (cause everything little thing is gonna be alright), drink water and juices instead of artificial stuff, care less about what others think about you and care more about wellbeing of your next, do what you want to do (without harming others), go to a crazy trip, try something new, never lose the capacity of getting impressed, tell you love who you love, eat good, sleep well...

  • For me it would be:

    1st start eating brekfast instead of cup of coffee in the morning

    2nd spend more time with my dearest

    3rd switch off mobile phone for at least 1 day

    4th manage to find time to finish reading my books

    5th try not to worry too much

    and thats all i can think about now ;)

    Second, I should start doing some sports

    Third, I should sleep more

    Four, I should learn how to keep calm

    And last, I should go out a little bit more

    And that's about it for me.

  • i would say it is: listen better to my needs! often i do the things i should and which are reasonable. but more often i should do, what i feel to do, because that is the right thing and spends me more quality. the best time i do have with my little sons, 5 and 4 years, in the nature. nothing can make my hard so full of joy and makes me feel so relax! and that s what i will do in a few minutes, instead of boring housework:-)
