ive been told that the mega batteries , either 220mah or the 280 mah wont fully charge on an original 510 180 mah charger. not sure if thats whats causing your issues but its worth looking into. good luck
Test with a normal battery again to rule out that the charger is not at fault. I have a similar charger and the light acts strangely when I plug it into different usb power sources.
@killykilli Hey! Thanks for the suggestion, but unfortunately I own a Silver Bullet, and these 510 Mega batteries as my vaping devices. So I don't have a regular size 510 battery. I only got these because I wanted to vape longer on a single charge, and not have to carry a rather large device with me on the go.

i'ts either your charger or, your supplier. you could contact them and send it back for anew one.
