  • Bass, how low can you go?

  • I came here for Public Enemy... but holy shit this brings back Tony Hawk Pro Skater memories. That was like a decade ago... shit.

  • Niiiice =)

  • Pure legends. These guys were some of my heroes. Not surprising I'm still a big real Hip-hop fan today :).

  • TONY HAWKS ARAFARAFARAFARAFAAAFARAF

  • yeahhhhhhh boyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

  • TONY HAWK PRO SKATER 2

  • A game called Sonic Rush brought me here.

  • Roosevelt, NY stand up homey! 1

  • @QueensNewYorker718 i'm from astoria projects and i always spent time in roosevelt island.

  • flava flave was the lil wayne of the 80s !

  • @thedanwriter1 Yeah besides the fact Lil wayne is killing hip hop.

  • @gantrimsnowboards hmm.. i am a fanatic for 80's and 90's hip hop. but. how bout u fags stop insulting todays artists and just enjoy the old stuff??? no need to be fucking bittter.

  • @niiiiiiiiiiickk Im just stating the obvious dude. Todays hip hop is garbage, its all about the underground. Your a little Wayne dick rider. listen to good music.

  • Fuck Benny Benassi

  • @FuckingDracula Dude the Remix is good, shut up

  • @wardenclyffeslate Make a remix of music like this is a sin.

  • BRING THA NOISE!! Give Anthrax Props!

  • watch?v=PoQt727k3so

  • I'm a gifted child and I think the best songs ares from artist likes : A tribe called quest ; Public enemy ; Run DMC ; Sugar Hill Gang ; Cypress Hill

    Hasard ? I don't think so !

  • Bass how low can you go.....

  • Back when hip hop had its meaning!

  • Original version is the best version !

    FIGHT THE POWER !

  • Great, incredible! but you know it's lacking one thing . . . METAL! :D

  • Please someone tell me that I'm not the only who thumbs down these awful "This is great, unlike the shit we have today" comments you see on every music video from before 2002. Seeing those among the top rated comments on every video ever is kind of soul crushing.

  • "BASS....!!!!"

  • Both versions are great. The version with Anthrax has more power to it and i love the rock/rap mix, but the original made it what it is.

  • This Hip Hop song sounds so cool. It reminds me of the Japanese cartoon: Yu Yu Hakusho. I imagine Yusuke Urameshi and Kuwabara Kazuma rapping this song.

  • @jtmsmooth072088 yeah cause it's only natural to think of anime characters rapping when you hear public enemy.........

  • @CustomMagnumFilms Oh, ok then. I'm glad you like the Japanese cartoons because they have the best graphics ever. The graphics are more sharper than the American cartoons.

  • Love them but they killed the Electro era.

  • Is Nice!

  • I like more the version with Zakk Wylde !!! ImI

  • Comment removed

  • This version crushes the rock/rap version

  • @tvaiden This version is very good... but the rock/rap version is just godly.

  • @tvaiden agreed

  • They sampled part of this in a Sonic the Hedgehog song. Mind = Blown.

  • YOOO IS THAT DR DRE IN MIDDLE LOL?????????

  • @silver911surfer No, Chuck D. , Pr. Griff and Terminator X

  • lol guys

why not instead we judge people by character and not skin color

  • I'm white and I'd have Chuck D's babies.

  • @MrThefuckisthis finally someone who's white loves public enemy. Peace.

  • Can I tell 'em that I really never had a gun????

  • @threadcount1 yeah man, white faggots dislike our culture, so we could dislike all eminem videos and spit him..:))) Eminem isn't even on chuck d skills..:))

  • @longlivebronx f*ck u guys, I'm white and I love Public Enemy, I like ur culture so shut up ur fucking black mouth!!

  • i think the version with anthrax's better. more powerful and energic.

  • @ToxicityGuitar Plus the jazzy horns in the background make it funky as hell. I love it. That Anthrax version has no funk.

  • 0:16 Wretches and by Linkin Park. (LP sampled this)

  • still no 1 with me

  • FUCK BENNY BENASSI

  • @threadcount1 fuck you, im white and i love all the old school rap.

  • @Irockandstuflikethat fuck you, im white but i still acknowledge that 'white' people are responsible for the material conditions in african american neighborhoods through institutionalized racism

  • @threadcount1 if you are white then why did you say fuck white people?

  • @Irockandstuflikethat cuz FUCK WHITE PEOPLE

  • @Baddeh12 i know right

  • Comment removed

  • @Baddeh12 No, Public Enemy hip hop gods!

  • why is it a white can fuck this country for years no one opens their mouths . Let a black man an honest black man try and set things right for the people . Not only do you people complain but you don't even give the man proper support . this is some messed up stuff people wake up get your shit together before they have us back in chains.

  • @torrellx08 You kidding man? Everyone put their hate for the previous presidents on display, and everyone puts their hate for this president on display. It's all government, it's all messed up, everybody's got their opinion, and nobody wants to hear it.

Besides, this is about Public Enemy man. I prefer the version with Anthrax, but that's probably because I'm a metalhead. Public Enemy's some of the only rap I can actually listen to.

  • Question of curiosity: Do any of you rap fans like the version with Anthrax?

  • @JumpinPakFlash Yes definitely

  • @JumpinPakFlash yeah for sure, I like a lot of metal/rock bands as well, anthrax probably one of my favorites!

  • my fav line ever when Chuck delivers 'Never bad than bad'

  • Memories of me playing WWE "Day of Reckoning" brought me here.

  • Comment removed

  • umnn....why is everyone arguing?

  • @tntdabomb911 It could be worse. It could be politics.

  • Like the version with Anthrax and them better.

  • I prefer the version with Anthrax ;)

  • This is when rap was actually good. Fuck the bullshit we have today.

  • @losferword werd

  • hafe the young black kids out there dont even know there own history how do i know you do if they did maybe i could stop hearing about it but no i think black people are more ignorant then white people we dont go around sayin cracker all the time but i seem to hear nigger all the time eg. RAP so fix yourself b4 you try fixing the world

  • @jamie15863 how are blak people ignorant were not the ones that thought we the dominant race idiot also we do not call every white man or woman a cracker

  • @MrCrazymcgee123 yeah we dont call every white man or woman a cracker. hmmmmm. maybe we should take the hint as a people and stop calling each other NIGGER! ???

that's how black people are ignorant. um-k?

  • @721rem you're talking about "taking hints as people" but you just said that "black people are ignorant". If you're gonna try to discuss, try not to sound so fucking racist.

I do believe everyone is equal in their rights, but black people have suffered a lot back in the day. They do deserve some kind of compensation for what OUR ancestrals did to THEIRS, and generalizing like you're doing right now just moves us all backwards. Everybody just needs to chill and stop using race as a fight factor.

  • @TimmyRamone i didnt say i didnt agree about blacks getting compensation for those atrocities what i said was TAKE A HINT AND STOP CALLING EACH NIGGER, NEGRO, AND NIGGA!!!! cuz if a white man or woman said it, even out of trying to "be down" you guys would wanna fight. so stop it.

    ur turn

  • @721rem Well, that's true, I mean... it kinda depends on the person. One of the guys in my group (which is very small btw) is black and he doesn't mind, I mean, he makes fun of it, we all do sometimes. There is a difference between referring to someone as "black" and being racist. I don't believe you were too, btw, but your comment made it look like it. Some people just can and will misinterpretate it. You know how - black and white - people are. :P

  • @721rem That's just stupid. First of all not all black people call each other "nigga". And of course black people would be offended if a white or brown person called them niggers because that word has been used as a derogatory term towards them for hundreds of years.

  • all you people are fucked up stop living in the pass like shit it was 20 years ago they were good in there time just like som of the ones around now and black rights came by people standin up in office not rap ..... i hate all your one sided views fools

  • @jamie15863 youre a clown who cannot spell or even think clearly. originators stomp haters fool

  • U know I refuse to argue with people about this and that, what is right and wrong. This is good music and If they can change in the 50's and 60's when time was really going haywire and I'm still here? Then all u looking at is a very, very small group of peeps trying to keep something going on because they have nothing better to do. I love all!!! U can HATE but it doesn't change me and I guess it doesn't change YOU!!!!!!

  • I literally wore out my 12" record of this tune. this era (from Rebel Without A Pause to 1990) were PE's most creative years. They absolutely blew up the place. I remember seeing them in a concert in 1988/9 - the tension and energy in the audience was extraordinary - as was the show. Great group (still are). Legends

  • this has been sampled so freaking much for dutch hardcore :D

  • I am not a muslim, christian or follow any organised religion, but I know that the NOI have helped black people through out the world with their self empowerment programmes. I don't agree with any racism against jews, whites, etc! PE were standing up for black people around the world and when this song came out, black people en mass were drawn to the NOI and their message. People in Hip Hop may not follow Farakhan now, but what we say is that He & NOI made a powerful impact in the black world!

  • YEEEAAHH BOIIIIIIIII

  • TURN IT UP... BRING THE NOISE

  • Yes, enough ...but it seems you need a history lesson(one not bound by the parameters of NOI doctrine) in the relationship between the NOI, CIA, FBI, NYPD, BOSS, in which your version of events undoubtedly has the NOI an innocent player (maybe so far as some sort of victim) in the assassination of a man who is without a doubt the single greatest African American figure of the 20th century -Malcolm X ...but enough.

  • this page has been totally invaded by young ignorant white boys who felt uncomfortable about the radical nature of public enemy's message. they tune up thinking they would hear some silly agressive rap and were confronting with a speech they are afraid of. Each positive comment made by a brother on this page has been stained by a negative comment made by one of these boys. they pose as critics and experts of Black music nd Black history. My message is clear: we don't need your stamp of approval,

  • This turns 50 cent and other modern rappers into a big joke

  • @Akrodox I miss it it actually makes me sad thinking about it. Just tearing shit up.

  • Professor Griff is a great author and teacher. And Chuck D has one of the greatest Rap Voices Ever.

  • Got the album blasting out at work.

  • 2 BLACK....... 2 STRONG

  • How low can you go wih this /watch?v=mCRGYvO-_co

  • Anyone know the Benny Benassi version?

  • why does everyone hate? music is music no matter what you enjoy.. just listen and go with the flow everyone gets different music styles from everyone else

  • 36 people went to death row. thats sad

  • It Takes a Nation of Millions to Hold Us Back - one of the best albums ever

  • Fuck Benny Benassi the real version is da best !

  • yo public enemy

  • fox news and Jaxport is using your song to bring the noise should you get credit

  • The version with Anthrax is much better

  • @MegaMetalhead81

That's because you like cracker music.

  • @FreddyMercurysAIDS Actually i like old rap not the rap thats out today so no i do not like "cracker music" and metal isn't "cracker music" as you claim it to be because there are minorities in metal and a lot of minorities like metal so before you say something as ignorant as "cracker music" maybe you should do some research so you don't sound like an idiot. have a good day(:

  • @MegaMetalhead81 tl;dr stupid cracker

  • @FreddyMercurysAIDS Lol you're obviously a troll, did you know slayer and cypress hill are friends?

Dr. Dre also listens to metal.

  • @MultiFunkalicious Dr. Dre is a apple loving nigger faggot who sells over-priced headphones. Did you know Slayer and Cyrpress Hill are shitty and generic?

    I bet you didn't.

  • @FreddyMercurysAIDS Haha, I'm not gonna take musical advice from someone who's dissin one of thee greatest singers who ever lived. Fucking stupid kid.

  • @MultiFunkalicious I hope you aint talkin about Elvis. You must be delusional...elvis couldn't sing a lick...and not only him,..but most your white groups stole their style from black artist...Just like the Beach Boys stole from Chuck Barry.

  • @MrJames07111 Nah I was talking about Freddie Mercury.

My white groups? Haha, I don't own any groups. I don't need a lecture on music man.

  • @MultiFunkalicious Yeah well you shouldn't be listening to PE...you should be listening to Freddie (who ever the fuck)Mercury. maybe he got some good advise 4 U.

  • @MultiFunkalicious I'm not giving you musical advice, I'm giving you musical facts. Dumb jew nigger.

  • @FreddyMercurysAIDS Haha, man I'm white and Catholic. Stupid punkass biatch

  • @MultiFunkalicious You're also a fag who looks at shotaporn.

  • @FreddyMercurysAIDS Ignorant racist asshole.

  • @EdProductions117 I'm here cause of Public Enemy :/

  • @Aliun625 dude, why've you blocked mobile views?

  • man i listen to PE and wonder what the hell happened to rap.

  • sick

  • Tony Hawk pro skater 2! Great memories and great track!

  • 35 people can't bring the noise xD

  • Better with Metal. Just something when Metal and Rap combine together. Base and Riffs are tight. They are pure power cords. That is why people get pumped listening to the two types of music.

  • this is original which is better than the modern day crap

  • BASS!

  • Being myself a German descendent in the southern (rich and racist) Brazil, I guess this (and the whole PE discography I've been collecting in my 32 years) was the better English, History and Philosophy classes I could ever have.

    Thanks for existing, PE.

  • Like the version With Anthrax but this is good tooo

  • is this song really turning into a racial war? wow.

  • so what?Muhammed was a ploy?please..a martyr is born every day
