  • Just love the fact that dave was chosen here. And 7 odd years later on we have a tv channel called dave

  • how ironic that the top rated comment is so pretentious it could have come straight out of a monkey dust skit. "comedy on a higher plane?" lmao

  • @dieselboy87 Comedy's old fashioned. We're rebranding it as Humournia.

  • Well football is three things:

    1. A religion

    2. A way to sell your "soul" out

    3. A medieval sport, but who cares about the facts? xD

  • leicester citys manager

  • So Dave looks like Sven?

  • Opening sequence is about 4 to 6 times too long. By the time I got to the actual content, I was already pissed off at how incredibly long the opening was for a video of less than 5 minutes.

  • @evensgrey u r an idiot.

  • @evensgrey That's because it included the starting credit's for the show too.

  • @onepint1984 Obviously it should have that, then. For a vid of 4 minutes 18, there is VASTLY too much time in the opening.

  • i would fire those marketting hacks.

  • Don't get all angry at me but this personally did not appeal to me. Their other stuff is good but this dragged on a bit.

  • Looks like comedy on a much lower plane to me.

  • @MirageScience

    go find god. or stfu

  • @rebelanarch I can't find something that doesn't exist.

  • @MirageScience

well, you can easily find my finger up your aSS

  • Church of england is full of teh gayz!!! Still, at least they're not into little boys, eh catholics?

  • XD Funny stuff. Brits make way better comedy than us.

  • I'm Seb and I approve this message

  • @arbeitsscheuer You sound like the sort of guy to drink Hooch

  • "God...uh-oh, Radio 4!"

  • Exactly what was said in the video, written in this comment.

  • I'm Dave, yet I enjoy a bottle of Hooch occasionally !

  • Some outfit in Ireland was one step ahead of us...

  • You're a yank. We didn't make this stuff for you and we don't expect you to understand. This is comedy on a higher plane.

  • Im a yank. I get it.

    some people are just dumbasses.

  • Oh, I agree with you there dude.

  • As if

  • It sounds like you are insulting Monthy Python as well.

Good comedy is timeless.Age is not important.

  • that's what polanski said ;-}

    I'll get me coat.......

  • Polanski? You mean the PAEDOPHILE?

  • lol @ ericson

  • Football, the new religion. Yeah, that about sums it up. Clerver video, but MD always was.

  • Its all so true. Brilliant. God Otto Radio 4

  • That's pretty funny. Just another genius video that shows how churches of all kinds reap MASSIVE profits off of "faithful followers." XDXD It's so pathetic; and the people buy it!! How many knocks in the head do they need in order to wake up and realize they're simply fuelling a huge corporate machine? XD

  • As long as people are not forced to pay to that "huge corporate machine" then we should not stop people from giving money to whatever they want to give it to. Being gullible is not a crime, and if giving money to some church makes you feel any better then feel free to go ahead.

  • Did you actually watch the video? It shows nothing of the sort.

  • @seventhspawn I think you missed the point of it entirely.

  • monkey dust says a lot about britain today, sport and celebrity, new church of england

  • Isnt it surely hilarious that G2 channel here in the UK rebranded to....

    DAVE!

Serious shame that there prob wont be anymore monkey dust after Thompsons death - but they should bring it back with the other writers.

  • Being pedantic, the clip is about rebranding the Church of England, which pretty much since its inception has not been part of the [Roman] Catholic church, and usually is classed as Protestantism.

But thanks for uploading the clips.

  • Dude Protestant and Catholic come under Christianity sorry for being pedantic too xD

  • its a commentary on how the king rebranded the Roman Catholic Church into the Church of England to make it more suitable i.e divorce (well in the old days anyway)
