wow.....that sounds really really nice for an 800....mine sounds NOTHING like that, lol. I know I need to get mine checked out though, if mine ever idled that low it'd shut off, lol

the same thing happend to me...you should clean and/or also regulate your vs 800 carbs...you can get the same sound if you buy a intruder vs 1400 pipes and fit it in your vs 800..other thing you should pay attention to is if the motorcycle footrest is orginal or has te same inclination of the original, because if you stop your intruder on the wrong angle your carbs cant get drowned and then you see your pipes shooting when trying to start the bike.
