dude I still have this game... I have the GDI disk (I left the NOD disk at a friends house and never got it back) and I wanna play this game again.
but wasnt this level super easy? like they sent like 3 footsoldiers every ten minutes and you started with like 20 commandos. they never rebuilt their base right? and basically sat there and awaited attack. I just loved this for the laser orcas.
still have the PS1 GDI disc hehehe. I once did this, i took 100 technicians and had them attack one bio soldier...only 14 came back barely alive...but hey they were victorious against that one dude. wish there was a cheat to get more commandos there fucking awesome and always act badass. Also i've tried to beat missions without cheats, not hard just clear the map up so you can see the enemy and plan attacks.
This game is the original Command & Conquer Tiberian Sun, for the PSX/PS1. I have got a video of RA2 if you're looking for that. But this game runs on Windows 95, the Nintendo 64 and the PS1. The Windows version's box came with two discs, and so did the PSX's version. I don't know what's going on about the Nintendo 64 though...
The N64 version was misisng the stuff that made the game need 2 CDs, namely full motion videos. The briefings were replaced by just the audio streams, with some added images.
I never knew it was in the patch. because I seem to have an earlier patch, I have to either turn on the Ps2 (had a Ps1) or switch on the PsP to play it.
But I highly recommend that you get the 1.06b patch and it's recent hotfix. It has many fixes and new features like console version missions, RA1's snow theatre, 1024x768 as resolution, censor removing in the german version, 4-languages support, and so on.
I'm talking bout this one, I used the most craziest tactic of mamoth raid attack, and loads of guard towers guard the entrace to my base (10-17 guard towers)
I just realised that the music (Act on Instinct) is my 4th best VGM!

I recorded this in round about 1996 (1 year after it was released). I was about 14 years younger.
So sue me.

Ehh, the otiginal is Tiberian DAWN.
Tiberian Sun is C&C2.
The N64 version was misisng the stuff that made the game need 2 CDs, namely full motion videos. The briefings were replaced by just the audio streams, with some added images.

@nyerguds
DAMNIT!
It says Tiberian Dawn on the filename, my mind went blank when replying.
Thanks for pointing that out nyerguds! Kudos!
Anyway, yeah, N64 version is not as good as the others, I fully agree.
But the PC/Mac version is better than PSX and PS1.

I like this mission. It's also included in the 1.06b patch for the Windows 95 version, with fully working Laser Orcas.

It's not your fault.

mines better, I used loads of barracks and war factories and place loads of refinaries, try it, no walls of gates.

it depends which mission you are on, or if online, who u r against

I would've used advanced gts, but normal gts are better when outnumbering.

HAHA, i loved this misson, i wud spend hours building a massive base and id have like loads of troops and a ridiculous amount of money.
the nod base was almost impossible 2 attack but i used the ORCAs with lasers 2 take out one thing one by one.

If you want to see how to attack one troop/vehicle at a time, see my earlier video of it, called: 'C & C Ambush (PS1 PATSUX)'
Search it when in my 'Upload' section.

Cool. The refinaries are really badly defended, however.
