tkes alot of training. n yrs of practice to be fluent in any langauge :P its either u gotta hve a better teacher to be more fluent into that langauge u wish to learn or u gotta be really smart and hve all the books n resources. or theres one thing. live in that country were u wish to learn the language and then lern their culture to really appriciate and understand their language. soo well dats how i see it :P im hopin i can go to japan or korea to really understand n speak their langauge
