Made this the other day, not to expensive for the amount you end up with. One question though, is this not riddled with fat? although good fat the coconut oil alone has like 16g saturated fat per 3 tbsp.
@mmorris2327 Hmm by the looks of it i'll say about 10 serving bowls. LOL it's alot but boy does it look yummy. But yeah it showul be atleast 10-12 bowl servings.
I prepared this and it was the BEST granola I ever tasted!! thank you so much for the recipe. absolutely delicious and so healthy. 1 question---can I substitute the sesame seeds for chia seeds?? I'd like to try that. again, thks for an awesome granola recipe!
Was able to get some coconut oil and made this last night. Completely delish - won't waste my time on store bought granola anymore -- thanks for sharing!
hello! I am sorry to say that I do not have all that information. I do not count calories, I use and teach others to use the Portion Control Method. My goal is to make good healthy nutritious food that folks can portion out and still get the nutrients that they need. Juan
Thank you for responding, I am sure I can figure it out. I just thought if you had the info handy then I would not need to. I really like your videos and have subscribe - Thanks again :)
Juan, you have inspired me to try and make a cooking video when I have some free time. Now, I just need to learn how to create great music in Garage Band like you do (LOL!) Continue posting great food videos for us all to try...5 Stars to the Chef!
