  • Made this the other day, not to expensive for the amount you end up with. One question though, is this not riddled with fat? although good fat the coconut oil alone has like 16g saturated fat per 3 tbsp.

  • @Mitchell9oh5 Coconut oil is a good fat. It is mot something I eat on a daily bases but as a treat.

  • @mmorris2327 Hmm by the looks of it i'll say about 10 serving bowls. LOL it's alot but boy does it look yummy. But yeah it showul be atleast 10-12 bowl servings.

  • I prepared this and it was the BEST granola I ever tasted!! thank you so much for the recipe. absolutely delicious and so healthy. 1 question---can I substitute the sesame seeds for chia seeds?? I'd like to try that. again, thks for an awesome granola recipe!

  • @hellonow32 Can can substitute any of the ingredients, except the oats and make it your own.

  • hello! I am sorry to say that I do not have all that information. I do not count calories, I use and teach others to use the Portion Control Method. My goal is to make good healthy nutritious food that folks can portion out and still get the nutrients that they need. Juan
