Exactly what "rights" are you talking about? When people enter into employment they are entering into a mutually concentual contract to provide financial compensation for both people. If an employee doesn't agree with his terms of employment or thinks he can do better elsewhere he doesn't have to take the job or he can just quit.

You all are so bitter. I was in management for a large American Co. for years and we were glad we were a union company. My employees were smarter, more motivated, and stayed around longer because of the good union pay and benefits. Also while I did receive a small tax break it has been off-set by the huge increases in college tuition. My kids will be paying for the Bush spend/tax cut deficit. The national debt has not been cut in half...it's still at the record high created by the Bush administration, and growing. The rate at which it is growing has been reduced, but that's not saying much, because it's been reduced from the record high rate of growth that was also created by Bushco. We're basically printing extra money to pay for the war in Iraq, those tax cuts you seem to hold dear, Bush's ridiculous Medicare changes, and the other mistakes of this administration.
