i wanted to take part in this but never did as i didnt find out about it till the whole thing was over, i hope they do another teen speech soon as i have alot to say about where i live.

Okay, I realise that this is a ridiculous question before I ask it, seeing as this is a UK charity, but do you have to be from the UK to upload a video, or if you feel strongly enough about it but are from another country eg Australia, can you still have a say?
