when you are trotting, cantering, or galloping how do you stop your self from bouncing in the saddle?

What you want to do is have a really good seat. If you are able to keep your butt low and heavy in the seat, it will keep you from bouncing around. If you want to do so, lean back and relax your lower body (thighs and down). This should help.
