  • I was originally looking for sweet vagina, but while I'm here I'll give this the thumb up as well

  • Comparing The Rolling Stones and The Beatles is like comparing coke and pepsi, some might say pepsi is too sweet, other might say coke is too bitter. Get over it, they both had their respective types of rock. If you try and rip on either one, I feel bad for you, because that means all you do is waste your time trying to trash someone's name, which is just petty.

  • great song

  • I hate seeing stones fans talking shit about the Beatles, I am fan of both bands, and in Beatle´s videos no one says nothing about the Stones. Please, stop arguing. They are the 2 best bands ever, you can prefer the Stones or the Beatles, but you can´t say the Beatles are not a good band

  • Bobby Keys is the man

  • 1 of the 5 greatest albums ever made...

  • Perhaps the best example of Mick Jagger's harmonica playing. Really makes me feel like I'm down in New Orleans even though it's called Sweet Virginia.a

  • There shouldnt be an argument about who is bigger, Im a massive fan of the stones but appreciate the beatles and their stuff. The beatles were a pop group with iconic status and some classic hits. The rolling stones is just genius

  • @MrRoseandcrown It's a fun argument though

  • No, you guys, there's no reason to argue about the Beatles and the Stones. Why can't they both exist/ have existed? They're not competing except in your heads.

  • Something about hearing them all sing "shit right off your shoes" in chorus is just so goddamned funny.

  • simply awesome.

  • A good smoke and i am right back here with the rest of yous listening to some of the greatest music ever

  • WOW!!!!!!!!

  • mmmmmmmmmmmmmhhhhhh hell yeah i love this magic yo, even better while watching a beautiful sunset yall !!!!!!!!!

  • This is the Rolling Stones' White LP---a sonic mess but what a Glorious Mess!!! Stylistically, it is all over the place. I perfer Begger's Banquet and Tatoo You. The Stones were a great CW band, a serviceable Mersy Beat band and a totally wretched Psychedellic Band. It's too bad the Rolling Stones never cut a proper Country-Western LP---they were the best English C&W outfit going. The Beatles were a Premier Psychedellic and Mersy Beat band but they couldn't play CW for shit!!!

  • @Armydicked jez, another halfwit that thinks he knows everything

  • @Armydicked Gee. I wonder why that is. Maybe because the Beatles weren't FROM the good ol' west. They were far too sophisticated. Even as druggies.

  • @jonahtran1 clearly you are too sophisticated for youtube posts

  • @mikemf1988 Clever you.

  • @jonahtran1 Nah, they were just stiffs.

  • @steveconn So.... is that why Jimi Hendrix figured out and covered live their Sgt. Pepper song within three days of the album coming out? Is that why Keith Richards agreed to playing on their song "All you need is love?" Is that why they're considered one of the greatest rock bands in the world? Is that why Paul McCartney was knighted? Is that why Mark David Chapman killed John? Pray tell, why were they stiffs?

  • @jonahtran1 Because they were devoted to pleasing every boring granny and puppy with their music. It watered down their intensity, whereas the Stones didn't give a shit about being family-friendly and sound cooler as a result. Keith does not play on All You Need Is Love, and Chapman was a psycho -who knows why he shot John? And what do your completely random facts have to do with their being stiffs or not?

  • @steveconn The Beatles were about spreading the message of love and world peace. Of course they're nothing like the stones. And Keith did play some instrument on it. It's on wikipedia towards the bottom. Chapman killed him to acquire John's fame. And my random facts are relevant. It goes to show that you may not like their music, but they've done more than you can obviously comprehend.

  • @jonahtran1 Yes, the Beatles inspired a billion lame pop songs about being nice and cuddles while the Stones inspired what was really happening to the 99 percent. Always more interesting than bland Care Bear songs (and Keith did not play one note on All You Need Is Love - every record says it was the Beatles and an orchestra).

  • @steveconn I'm not saying the Stones are better than the Beatles or the Beatles are better than the Stones. They are on totally different playing fields. But I give you this challenge, find me one interview or one clip where the stones talk down about the Beatles. You won't. In fact I'll bet I could easily find one where the give some credit to the Beatles. And I don't know what you're on about the 99% bullshit. The Beatles wrote about what happened around them and in their personal lives.

  • @steveconn I'd like to also make something known. Go look up "the rolling stones on the beatles." There you will find a clip of the Beatles anthology where the Rolling Stones are COVERING a beatles song. After you've watched it, please, then tell me the Beatles are of no importance.

  • @jonahtran 1 Sure, the Stones covered I Wanna Be Your Man because whitebread audiences wouldn't listen to the Stones scary black music and needed something cute and generic from the Beatles to get to know the Stones, but the Stones club audiences were growing by the hundreds every week - they would've gotten famous even without the chipmunk Beatles castrated songs.

  • @jonahtran1 fuck the beatles lol, your watching a rolling stone video, comment about the stones...am I the only person that thinks the beatles are "the" most over-rated band of all time?

  • @MistyMorning60 I'm sorry but the both of you must be fucking morons if you think the Beatles had no significance in musical history. How about you brush up on their history and what they've actually done rather than comparing them to the stones. The Stones and the Beatles are amazing bands, but to think one is better than the other is just a matter of opinion. I'm not saying you have to LIKE their music, but damn. At least appreciate them for what they did.

  • @jonahtran1 i never said they werent relevant in the grand scheme of things, look at what i said you stupid fuck...there four of the most talented musicians in the world, does that mean that they cant be over rated of course not...people wo are hipsters need to realize actions speek louder then words, and the beatles grabbed up everything they could as fast as they could...no humility, thats why i dont like the beatles, more so john lennon

  • @MistyMorning60 Ummm. "They're four of the most talented musicians in the world" and "they're overrated" is exactly what you're saying. And you don't understand music man. Music is about bringing people together to enjoy and have fun. Hell. It can even be a spiritual thing. It's not just about your impact on the world. Some bands can actually be good and have no impact. Although the Beatles are not one of those bands, and certainly had a huge impact on the world and music.

  • @MistyMorning60 i hear ya man, and i agree with you. i dig the beatles, but i feel the stones are where its at man. i always felt that the beatles sang about a world we should live in, whereas the stones reflected the world we do live in. im not sure what the hipster code is, but im pretty sure it has something to do with regarding lennon as some sort of god. but hey, live and let die right? heres to you man, may the good lord shine a light on you UP THE IRONS FROM LOUISIANA

  • I would like to recommend the book 'An Essential Guide To Music In The 1970s' by Johnny Zero. The author is a big fan of this track.

  • "Scrape that shit right off your shoes."

Think it relates to how Keith always called the cheap drugs 'mexican shoe scrapings?'

  • Favorite Stones song. ever.

  • And I hid the speed inside my shoes..

  • ...from exile to worthwhile and still a main offender on the street. U got it in ya, had to be a great time putting this album together; all that time in the desert with Parsons and the world when it was an empty canvas waiting for color.

  • Fav from the album. Fucking masterpiece album

  • inside my shoes......stand corrected....even phuckin better

  • @nickyd1016 great lyrics

  • and i hid the speed behind my eyeball......

Phuckin priceless, you can't make this shit up!

  • great song

  • is this the new exile version

  • Thank you california for your wine oh your sweet and bitter fruit= stones rule

  • @MrJulianWest It's "Thank you for your wine California, Thank you for your sweet and bitter fruit."

  • exelent
