@joshd321 - With the TLC-X the Pusher part should be sized to the User's amount of slack. When I made this demo I had slack that allowed me to force the skin to reach nearly 2cm past the tip while erect.

I recommend the TLC-X for anybody. Only problem is you have to be very patient if you want results. I had used this for a year. It didn't grow enough skin so I stopped using it. I could not keep doing it because I am not a very patient person.

While erect I have my shaft skin is quite tight and there is no loose skin whatsoever available to pull over my glands. When flaccid and shriveled looking, I have a little loose skin but not enough to completely cover the ridge of the glands. Sorry about your cancer. Of course if your testicle is dead and the doctor agrees it can safely be removed, removal should be fine compared to what I was thinking of, like getting a leg cut off. The appendix is a vestigial trait, like wisdom teeth, had a function in our animal ancestors but may serve us no purpose except that for me to get my own appendix removed would be too scary.

You can add about an inch of new skin per year, so for most men that means 3-4 years of gentle tugging for 10-20 hours pretty much every day.

You'll see an illustrated guide to how to measure.

But basically, it's a measurement of how much of your glans you can force skin over while you're erect. If you can cover 1/3 then yo can probably use the TLC-X. If you can't cover that much maybe our regular tapeless Tugger will work for you.

Sorry you were cut. We usually say a CI-3 is ready for the TLC-X, a CI-2 is ready for the regular TLC Tugger, and a CI-1 is ready for the tape-based Canister method, but CI is not super precise.

Google Forced Erect Coverage for instructions on how to measure the percentage of your glans you can force skin over while erect. We say 33% FEC can use the TLC-X. If you can force skin over the glans while flaccid you can use the TLC Tugger.

It works on the principal of skin gauging. Just google foreskin restoration, and you'll be able to see the many different ways to restore.

You apply a GENTLE but constant outward pressure on your shaft skin, so your skin "thinks" you are growing or putting on weight. Then it gets busy generating more skin cells to acomodate you, thus turning into a foreskin.

Hi,

The TLC-X can be used with straps just lke the standard TLC Tugger can, so in that regard they are trully equal.

When in strapless mode, you "pre-tension" the outer skin by forcing it up onto the device, then you balance that with extension of the inner Rod and Pusher, so it tensions ALL of your skin.

Gentle tension will grow new slack regardless of which method you use. I gained about an inch of new forced erect coverage per year.

Foreskin feels REALLY good.

The Pusher length gives the choice about which part of your skin tube becomes the normal point where your skin rolls over at the tip.

I think you want to be tugging such that your eventual roll-over point IS the roll-over point while tugging. If it's not consider a different length Pusher. Anatomies and cut jobs vary so much that there is no simple formula. My phone number is on every page of our web site.

Hi ron, I have been using the TLC for a while now and was ust wondering: what do you do when you get foreskin stretch marks? Do you let the skin rest or continue with your regular stretch routine? Also, I read somewhere its best to stretch 12 hrs a day followed by 12 hours of rest for 5 days, then take two days off. Is this your schedule for stretching as well?

I grew about an inch of new skin per year while tugging with comfortable tension as close to 24/7 as I could manage.

If you take "rest" periods, you should keep your skin rolled forward over the glans during those. It will protect your glans and mucosal sensitivity, and also help your skin grow into the desired natural taper.

I've never seen or cared to look for a stretch mark.
