sorry maybe i asked wrong question i'm not familiar with pipeline projects, are they gonna re-use the soil for covering the ditches after excavation or maybe they have to leave your field the way it was before they came(without stones i mean..)??
The energy act requires them to return the soil to its previous state. AKA, every dump truck load of stones out they have to haul in one dump truck load of topsoil in. In this 1ac case, they brought in 15 loads of top soil.
What a beautiful set up, not as nice as a mobile unit with tracks, but better than a screener bucket.
