Half-Speed In Windows Live Movie Maker

Hey guys if you dont have the speed thing, that means you dont have the newest version of windows live movie maker. go to

explore.live.com/windows-live-­movie-maker

and download the newest version by clicking the blue "download now" button. it will show up after you do this

No, mine really doesn't have that. It really doesn't exist in mine. I even downloaded the effect for speeding on blaine.com or some site like that. It guaranteed me that I would find it.. but I didn't find any effects, so now I'm kind of ticked off. Please help?

Dont worry about me, i downloaded the windows movie maker 2011 and the speed button is there! Everyone asking questions - download Windows 2011 because the editing is so much better and its free!!

when i go to edit mine doesnt have a speed icon, it has a Duration icon, but it only works with titles and not the actual video...please help quick because im trying to make an art video but its 30mins long ...help!! thanks x

@sophsonline You need to download the latest version of Windows Live Movie Maker go to the live essentials website and download the beta. It does NOT work in XP

when i click edit all that comes up is duration and backround color there is no speed option. Do you no how to fix this problem ?

If you don't see that option, then you need to download the latest version of "Windows Live Essentials Beta".

This download comes with a suite of programs, but you CAN just select to install Movie Maker only.
