The leg room is only as good as the airline wants to make it. All 747 seating for example is not the same. It just depends on how many economy class seats they want to cram into it, or not. The same holds true for the 380.

jetzt auf deutsch die sitze und service ist in singapore airlines besser und sichere fühlt man sich da und bei 2:37 hat man in singapore airlines viel mehr bein freiheit seh ich jetzt schon ud SQ hat bessere sitze und die flugbegleier sind schöner in SQ und guter service und in lufthansa sind sie so ungeschminkt viele und so alt des passt nicht gut hin. asiatische airlines gegen europäische airlines kien unterschies asien ist besser ich bin viel flieger und habe erfahrung! auch mit lufthansa!

From the seats and service and entertainment inflight seat is singapore airlines much better and sacest then lufthansa 100% and 2:37 the a380 singapore airlines you hve more free because the a380 singapore airlines have 481 seats and lufthansa 534 and stewardes in singapore are better nicer beatifull and good service and in singapore ailines you can play games musik movies learn languages flight plath singapore airlines much better!

Great plane of course! But same boarding problems with peeps. Think they would figure out a better way by now. Perhaps asking highest row # to board first, then 1 row at a time. I assume there is a reason they haven't done that yet.

Hi, i'm back from Beijing :)

The flight was really great, it's amazing the sound of the airplane.. It was pretty much like I can't hear the engine :)

For the space in the aircraft, it was really great. Enough space for all the body.. The only thing that i didn't like, was the fact that i was on the window side ( my choice ) and usually i put my head against the window for sleeping.. And this time... It was too far :D

On the Gate information screen what does the green dot blinking left to right indicate? Does this mean the gate is open or the flight is ready to board?

Yes, the aircraft holds so many more people the board acts like a traffic light to regulate traffic to the lower economy cabin. Business and first class are kept in a more luxurious separate lounge and placed on top of the aircraft.

Honestly, compared to other economy class cabins..this was not bad at all. Yes you do bump elbows with the person sitting next to you, but the amount of knee room and leg room is what impressed me. Seat guru does not give the seat measurements any favor, but the design of the seat was great. The worst economy cabin is Lufthansa on their aging 747s and Virgin Atlantic.
