I think it's weird they all look the same. I'd imagine, based on their voice, Alois is the one the model is actually based on; I imagine Basile would be more stocky, and Malo would be more hunched over and wild-looking, with obvious wounds from eating himself. I imagine he'd have crazy hair covering most of his face, with just one eye exposed - functioning or not.
@Edvachien I agree. It's a shame they didn't take the time to do that - would have been more interesting when you saw each of them for the first time.
