I think the voice actors were pretty well matched. Though I think the biggest problem with this was really just the fact that it came from a video game. It's a lot harder to pull off a good job on a game. The different lines don't seem to match up as well.

I've heard three voices that would've been some ten times better at the english voice for Naruto than who they have. But one thing the world doesn't seem to know is this: Catch Phrases are annoying. Especially if they're spoken as slowly as when Naruto says "belive it"(seriously, in some eps, it said like BELLLLLLLLLLLLLLIIIIIIVE IT) at least Dattebayo is spoken at light speed. Don't get me started on Rock Lee's english voice though(what's worse is that he's my fae character)
