I was thinking of replacing the HTC lockscreen so it would work, like the AOSP.

As for phone service, getting back the Samsung Phone Dialer and Services might work, and the Camera app from Samsung.

@xiAmBas You just need to put the clockworkmod recovery zip on your sd card and rename it to update.zip. Then when you enter the stock recovery just flash update.zip and it will open the clockwork recovery and you'll be able to choose a zip and to flash it

You must have stock recovery 2e, and install from menu. The .zip must be called "update.zip". If you have the last recovery it don't work, and you must change ROM. if you see in xda, some roms have specification for the installed recovery.

@xiAmBas I think you have stock recovery 3e, and this is problem! You must install 2e recovery and then install clockworkmod. If you have 2e and you have this problem, try to download another version of cwm and try that.
