Great video! I've been taking an online course in dog grooming, and I learned as much from this video as I did from about 3 chapters in my study guides!
As a professional groomer I cannot say enough good things about IOD and their many wonderful products. My clients' coats and skin have never shown as much improvement in such a short amount of time. I highly recommend these products to pet owners and professionals everywhere.
More tips: Make sure you get under the arms, because that's also another place where people often forget to clean. Also for drying, you might even want to try squeezing the arms, legs, body, tail, and ears gently to get the excess water off before using the towel/shammy.
A few issues/tips that you should take into consideration.
1.) I agree that you shouldn't use HOT water, but you should at least make sure it's warm because you have to remember that the dogs temperature is about 102 degrees, rather than the same as ours.
2.) You should use eye drops for the dog, then you won't have to worry about getting water or soap in the eyes at all really.
3.) You should only use certain types of brushes for certain dogs, and not in the tub either. Make sure people know.

I was just told about the IOD products today. I would like to try some samples on my Yorkie and Havanese. My Yorkie has silky hair. My Havanese has a wonderful wavy coat. I am looking forward to trying these products and am interested in the masque. Norma Gertzman

Great video, lots of tips!! I recently ordered a three step sample pack to try for my Brittany pup who had some itchy skin. It works GREAT!! He smells nice, helped his itching problem and his coat is nice, soft and shiny. I will continue to use your products for his show career.

i use lsle of dogs products on my afghan hound and at shows people allways ask me how i get his coat to shine. i use the 2build conditoner and i use the 2heal as a daily grooming spray and he has never looked better. i also use the 2build deluted 1;1 with water and use it on english toy spainel ears no knots no mats and a ear that is long and shiny. i cant wait to try out the new products on my dogs im shure they will be as great as the rest
I use Isle of dogs for my kerries. I like both the Primrose oil and the Royal Jelly. I use either the light management to follow or depending on the coat, occasionally the heavy management.
NIce easy to follow instructions especially helpful for owners new to bathing their own dogs! Love the #33 Coarse Coat product on my Top Winning Belgian Tervuren.
I have used other Isle of Dogs products on my Clumber Spaniel, Rottweiler & a Border Terrier, and have loved the outcome. I think they are quality products and anxious to try this line. Also thought the video was informative, you can always pick up a new tip. Thanks!
I have show Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and already use some Isle of Dog products and I love them. I watched the entire video and found it to be very informative for experienced or newbie dog owners/breeders. Thank you for this offer and I can't wait to try out these new products!
Excellent video. I love how they address questions from the dog's owner. Particularly in ears and face (cotton balls in ears, cloth for the face, holding the ears down from underneath). A little chuckle for various terminology (as the instructor is not American, but lovely accent). Excellent video and nice products. I liked especially that reasons/rationale were provided for why she did certain things and with what tools, etc. Good job Isle of Dogs!

I love the Royal Jelly and the volumizing gel which can be made as a spray. I use it on my show corgis all the time.
