the 06-09 milan's looked better then the 10 milan's. The 10 Milan's in the front look like an 06-09 Fusion. I mean it didn't even look like Ford tried on that car lol, just copy and paste.
Have to wonder about some of these... they obviously cannot spend extended time with each vehicle, but the transmission only shifts hard for the first week or so, it's an adaptive transmission. Now that mine is used to my driving style I cannot feel it shift, and I've had friends ask if I have a CVT because they cannot feel it either. Plus when they mention sportiness... many reviewers (like Edmunds) were surprised by how sporty it is. They also left out the available Sirius and Audiophile/THX
@hms888 I highly doubt you got that mileage - maybe you never re-set the computer when you started out... or it could have been an AWD (all wheel drive) or you just drive with your foot on the floor all the time. My car gets 22 mpg if i drive hard and 27 mpg if i drive normal, huge difference.
@wwerules7991 it is, after all, a mercury. It is supposed to be for people that want a nice car not a sporty one, thats what the ford fussion "sport", Crown Victoria LX "sport" and mustang cars are for
@shazbot256 HI-OON-DIE is also wrong, if you want to correctly say, then its Hyeon-dae. Hyundai markets their name as HUN-Day because its easier for American's to say.
@shazbot256 First of all, I suggest you watch this Hyundai Commercial: Hyundai Car of the Year Super Bowl Ad, on youtube, because Hyundai's slogan is Hyun-Day, like Sun-Day. Only idiots who are incapable of Saying Sunday (Like You), call it Hi-OON-Die. Even John Krafcik CEO of Hyundai in an ABC News Interview, told the viewers that the name is pronounced Hyun-Day like Sunday. Also Korean people pronounce Hyundai, Hyeon-Dae, because that is how it is written in Korean. So Shut the Fuck up!
The V6 shifts much better than the I4 does. And the 2006 doesn't have an iPod jack. If you're trying to get away from CDs and other technology from the last century that could be a dealbreaker.
I think the Marauder failed to wake up buyers to the Mercury brand because of the size and being associated with the Crownie/Grand Marquis.
If Ford sold the Milan with the EcoBoost V-6 and AWD with a bad-ass Marauder look, that might remind (or teach) people that Mercury was once known for its performance.

not a bad review - the 2010 milan is nicer but it is the only year of the new body style for the mercury...

I rented it once, and I hate it.
It gets 22.9 mpg on highways and interior spaces looks cramped.
Typical failure from USA automakers.

HI - OON - DIE
That is how you pronounce Hyundai.
HUN - DAY is completely incorrect. I would expect someone like KBB to at least be able to pronounce the names of various car manufacturers.

@ak5504 No, you're completely wrong. If you are incapable of reading the phonetic example I provided go back to school.
