  • Absolutely hilarious! Poor Myers wasn't allowed in. Shows Ben Stein up for the pri(k that he is. I won't bother watching the film. Sounds like a load of $h1t!

  • What a bunch of pathetic douche bags the Producers of this film are.

  • Ben Stein is one of many people for whom I have absolute disgust & disrespect.

  • they changed suits...

  • @zcxswqa It's the next day.

  • @jrwilson98 That make sense...

  • So funny. These old athetiests crashing the party. haha

  • I know it's not "good" per se, but the fact that they kicked PZ out of the theater is the most fucking hilarious thing ever.

  • Expelled from "Expelled". Wow.

  • FYI, the creators of expelled pulled the Harvard animation from the film after they received a cease and desist letter accusing them of copyright infringement.

  • Hilarious.

  • Dawkins is physically glowing in this video. This is a sign.

  • They wouldn't let Myers in?

The more I learn about Creationism, it appears to be very dishonest. Dishonest proponents, dishonest filmmakers, mislead people misleading others, the whole thing's a joke. Scientists are by and large a meek and mild bunch, thoughtful and intellectually honest. I can't say that for creationist proponents.

They wouldn't even let someone in who was already invited, and was in the damn film. They don't even deserve acknowledgment from scientists.

  • When what people like Ben Stein are making films about things that are not the truth but the manipulation of information to serve their own uses, they can't stand up to criticism very well. They would rather censor and do things such as throw out PZ Myers from the set than to allow him to speak.

  • This is hilarious, I remember reading about this very incident a while ago but you have the before & after situation on tape lol!

I think the saddest thing about Ben Stein is that he was in the Casper movie & I thought he was funny, like I'd seen him in more than 1 film.

Then he went and did that movie...

Then I found out he was "that" presidential speechwriter...

  • Funny how there is no mentally challenged creationist comments on this video considering how clearly it exposes what this whole movement really is.

    Brilliant.

  • ROFL!

Imagine taking questions and seeing Richard Dawkins stand up!

He's such a badass of academia.

  • Yeah lmao. He is badass. He makes intelligence majorly cool.

  • Did they intentionally match? Lol, much love PZ And Dick Dawk.

  • lol. Ben Stein eh? What a twat. I find it amusing that the presenter of a Creationist propoganda movie has the initials B.S. ;)

  • Judging from the publicity of Expelled, it seems to be a great film for the opposite purpose. Lets face it. When presented with something so poorly made as that, are you going to be swayed from Evolution to ID with the "facts" from Ben Stein, or from ID to Evolution after realizing how ridiculous the concept is?

  • I notice that after the break between this video and the previous one, someone's body snatched the pair of them and dressed them identically :S

Now they'll no doubt be espousing the benefits of a pro-religious standpoint.

  • expelled is likely the most poorly argued and dishonest documentary ever produced (excluding the religious documentaries, as this garbage isn't even that entertaining.)

  • They're absolutely correct about Expelled being a poorly-made film in both content and technical aspects.

  • some people know a lot about one thing. Dawkins knows a lot about a huge amount of things

  • He's both a specialist and a generalist. He's made advancements in his field and also knows a lot about science in general. He's quite an awesome person.

  • And some people don't know $hit about anything ... They are called creationists ...

  • "second rate seems a little high" ghahahha

  • I lold, that was great. Also, I love that people are signing up PZ for every film lol!

  • ok so any one emailed harvard about this and has there been any news, because i will email them in a few days??? they probably know but the more complaints the more seriously they will feel it need to be pursued

  • Thy knew very quickly after the film was first shown. A number of other media owners complained about the use of tehir material in teh film, I do not know if any court cases followed.

  • yes i read up on it i think on wiki and the discovery institue was very well (finacially) prepared for it but the claiming parties backed down i think not sure

  • what a bunch of bullies!! poor dawkins and pz

  • worth noting that the cell animation they are talking about was not the Harvard animation(pz did not see the movie, and was just going from dawkins's description),however i think expelled was getting sued for plagiarism for that bit by Harvard(if i recall right)

  • I don't think so. Correlation is not causation. It was merely a chronological observation. I suspect the lowering of the score is a result of further averaging of a greater number of reviews included over time. Nevertheless Thunderf00t is fucking awesome.

  • Expelled has a score of 8% at rottentomatoes, downgraded from 9% since thunderf00t's video on the subject. Apparently 9% was too high a score.

  • @theinquisitor if you click on "top critics" the score becomes 0% :)
