I must say I am eager to see who wins. Quite a few of these entries are outstanding some make great use of speech while others are action packed. Some are suspenseful. Some are comedic and others make great use of effects. I guess it will all boil down to the element the judges like the most.

Being locked in to the story really does not count, packing as much punch into 40 seconds is something I would aim for, and also remember I am not judging.

I want to clear something up:Are you supposed to change the story? You did say an insert sene.

Say, if Thomas sees Andy diesel planting a bomb and he rushes back to warn the others, is that Okay?

I mean after Andy talks to Mute, Thomas dosent actually warn them!

I order for that to work, the whole rest of the story would have to change...

I have tried to set this contest with as few rules as possible, the main basic rule is to stick with a 40 second item which is somehow based on my series, it could be in the past in the present or in the future, it can be in any format you desire, and steer clear of copyrighted music and TV show footage.

Some of the entries which have been made would slot in exactly to the story, some are based on different times and places, thats cool as well.

Sorry for the delayed reply, to answer your question basically no, this 40 seconds has become very free form, It can be any sequence you feel would add to the story, it could be a peep into the future, the past or your version of the present.

There are so many being missed and I will put up a video of all the goods which count at the end of the comp.
