Tr1poD, Could i ask you to share your spec on a talent calculator for me? Also, the overall rotation strategy you use? Also, are you able to tank dungeons in this spec as well as pvp? Finding a group for dungeons as dps is absolutely infuriating. Thanks!

There isn't much of a rotation really, just project/doublestrike and spinning strike when >30%. Everything else is situational and the best way is just to go pvp or check out some videos to see how people play. I'll probably make a new video now once the lvl50 only bracket is in. You will have no problem tanking with that spec.

Does anyone have a vid with the infiltration spec? Wonder it that dose a lot more dps.  Would love to see the differences. I would assume it is less survivable but probably does 3K shadow strikes if they crit.

@RichGizzie 3.5k to 4k crits w/ back to back shadow strikes and 1k to 1.5k with your filler clairvoyant strike!

So i could be wrong but your numbers look very familiar to what i usually see on my L15 shadow. Makes it seem like the scaling is non existent and if anything is added by leveling, it is a lil utility. I know of the bolster we receive in warzones which kinda makes leveling pointless. I submitted a vid for comparison. If anything, i can look forward to OWPVP.

As u can see on video kinetic shadows are though and they can burst really nice project damage aswell (not best though) they have longer resilience and short cd which is perfect aganist for tech and force based attacks. And they can use their kick out of stealth too (2sec stun)

on the other hand inf. shadows are have amazin burst damage and force regen, they have extra incap. abilites too... pretty squishy but i prefer inf. shadows for pvp

very nice vid! im investing in balance right now as im just lvl 28 but respecs are sheep so i plan on going kinetic later to do both PvE and PvP in later lvls, i have had some doubt on shadow being a good PvP tank but your vid shows it certainly can do wonders. I cant wait to get some more lvls :)

Very well played! A great video. Its always good to see fellow Kinetic players in action. Ive done some PvP and everyone appreciates my Guard and my damage-reducing Taunts, but I dont seem to have the Damage Dealing side of things sussed yet. What abilities/rotation do you mainly use? I saw some NICE damage there and I wanna know your secrets :P

@JackBoosh Thanks, I'm not doing anything special really, full level 40 pvp gear helps and is easy to get. The damage mostly comes from Particle Acceleration proccs and Spinning Strike. once I finished putting points in Kinetic and started on Balance is when damage goes up a good bit. 9% crit in Balance is pretty much all the time and then Upheaval proccs help with some nice Project burst.

Awesome! Because of your video and the other video's I created a different consular on my main server with the purpose of it becoming my main toon and shadow... instead of the sage i made. It sucks 2 toon slots for the same starting class but w/e. Thanks again!

@soccerstudwill55 I'm definitely finding tank spec to be best for pve and pvp while leveling up, just use dps gear. Infiltration is also good but from 40+. Infiltration is more rogue like, very good burst damage but you go down quickly where as Kinetic is very tough and still has decent damage. It comes down to preference in the end.

@Xerodude Hehe, yeah I doubt he was too happy by the end. I went 27 points in Kinetic and the rest I'm starting to put into Balance now.
