I started making homemade soap last month, and began making essential oils and extracts from various plants, herbs and fruits i can find locally. This info is useful, stuff I already found online all in one video! Now I just need a steam distiller.

@SoggyStefan You need to use a still (like what you use to make alcohol) to extract a true essential oil.

I have a question hopefully someone can answer. What is the difference between Lavender Maillette Oil and Lavender Fine Oil? I found an essential oil site that sells organic essential oils and they had those two listed so i was wondering what the difference was. Thanks in advance.

That is done by pressing the skins and extracting the oils that way.

There are many different carrier oils you can use. Google "carrier oils for essential oils" and you will see a lot of articles about this to help you determine which one you should choose.

Yes it was. It was actually a Presentation/Class I did for a childrens Magical Arts class. I tried to do it without the script last night and it ended up being like 26 min! Oops!!! Sorry if it sounds so "read" I just didn't want to forget anything! : )
