  • OK! 1st lets get somthing clear I dont hate gays,I love people from all walks of life,I all so love someone that is a thief.stealling is a sin and I tell him that.the same way he tells me about my sins cuse he cares.now I know we r not perfect but we r to try to be.I know that these short words on this page make me sound mean or closed minded. but thats far from the truth. Divorced people Tattooed and piercings People who drink.a sin is a sin so pray for me cus I to am a sinner if you feel lead.

  • Thanks, God bless you ...

  • I have a question concerning my younger brother (17). I am a girl from Tennessee.I`m 18, have 2 older brothers (20&22), an older half sister older (24) and an older half brother (26). We live in a normal family. We go to college, have fun do sports and are usually (I know, it sounds arrogant) liked. But my little brother is different. He gets bullied, cause he`s gay. It took him a long time to tell us. He even became suicidal! And even though we accept him,it is hard.

How can I help him? Please??

  • @tineeeable Bullying is very serious + it sounds like your brother is taking it hard. Who wouldn't. It's good that you take this seriously and support your brother. This problem may be too much for a simple filmmaker to advise on. Try The Trevor Project. They really know what they're doing.

If he's being threatened or there is violence, call the police. Adults file charges in those situations. Why should a seventeen year-old have to put up with it?

  • @tineeeable Also, keep letting your brother know how much you care. Not all gay kids get the support they need. Love and support are so important. You may also tell him to look up Dan Savage's "It Gets Better" project. People may tell him that he's living the best years of his life now. But that's rarely true for gay teens. It IS hard. But it will get better.

  • @Coolrobert No, there is no violence...! It`s just like.... no one wants to have lunch with him or do a project together... And they don`t invite him to parties...

    I will tell him....

Thank you sooo much your answer...!

    God bless you!

  • @tineeeable I'm definitely not a therapist. I'm just a filmmaker. But high school was the worst time of my life. This progressively got better. I was always sad when people would tell me that high school was the best years of my life. It wasn't. Life got a lot better after. And people got better. High school has a very "Lord of the Flies" social structure. The real world is much better. People will soon recognize that you brother is special. Different can be good. Wish you all love + happiness!

  • @tineeeable May I echo tineeeable? Just having one supportive family member makes a huge difference. Don't push him to talk to you but let him know you are willing to listen. If he is suicidal make sure he gets help if that means braking your confidence and telling your parents do so. This should never be a secret. I see this post was a couple of months ago Please let us all know how he is doing.

  • @curnon69 Well, my parents knew he was sucidal.... He tried to commit suicide and he was treated, he came home last June.

I guess he is doing fine...(?) He has a boyfriend and seems somehow happy.

    But he is still different....

  • @DJSexLeopard I am not trying to be rude, I just think it's wrong to say who is a disgrace to God, we can't judge anyone that is God's doing alone, and we have to live our lives they way we feel is right, because in the end we only get one life to live.

  • @DJSexLeopard you know what that is your Opinion this is mine, I've seen them live and they sing pretty good. if you don't like them that is your choice but I Don't feel they are a disgrace to God why because they are gay, well God loves everyone.

  • hope you die both... soon......

  • gays should do their parents a favor and kill themselves. no one wants a gay child, if they say it's ok there lying. so take the easy way see ya fags later!!!

  • @madjoe41 When did you become the spokes person for all of the billions of parents in the world. While a lot of parents initially may difficulty understanding and accepting their gay children most not only learn to accept their child but have rewarding relationships with their child and their childs partner. I would also say that no parent wants a hateful child but I am sure your parents love you and see good in you.

  • these guys rock they are so sweet and talented

  • yeah i love what your doing my gay life is getting so muchhh better

  • Jason and DeMarco, Im happy to see u seem to know God but the relationship u two have is an abomination in the eyes of God. read Romans 1 ver 24-32 and Leviticus 20 ver 13. its clean and cut right there....mean while i will pray for u Jason and DeMarco

  • @TheFlydominican Save your prayers. These guys don't need them. They are already in God's grace no matter what Leviticus says, or what you think. By the way, the last time I read Leviticus, other things that are abominations are adultery, eating shellfish, planting two crops in the same patch of ground, and lending money at interest. No "Christian" seems to feel the need to pray about any of those things. God doesn't have a problem with gays, people do. And God is not be found in any book.

  • @TheFlydominican I think the have read that many, many times!

  • @TheFlydominican You left out the over 600 other prohibitions in the Bible. If any of us were without sin we would be God. Do you go to youtube videos of obese people Proverbs 23:2 Divorced people Heb. 13:4 Tattooed and piercings Leviticus 19:28 People who drink Prov 20:1 My bet is not. This attack is not about God's abominations but more about your own.

  • And, truly, per the correctly translated and interpreted message of the Thirteenth Chapter of The Apostle Paul's First Letter to the Corinthians (KORINTHIOIS ALPHA),

*THIS* is love, guys. God bless U each and every day.

  • Jason and Demarco are amazing people. They performed at this church event "General Synod" in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and I fell in love with them. I remember seeing them in concert....not once one day.....but twice. I started to cry because of what Jason was saying about how people didn't accept him. I met them afterwords and they are really sweet and genuine. I am very proud of them!

  • This is very nice.

I tried to begin shelters in Belgium to prevent gay youth come into prostitution or are expelled from home.

But we didn't get enough funds, and even got letters against it from other gay organisations. So sad...

Anyhow, hope everythings goes well with your organisatios.

    Holebis Holebi's ♥♂♂,♀♀♥
