Its great, but i think for spotify to be successful it has to be a monthly subscription, and they have to put a little effort into security for avoiding piracy of accounts and such. Spotify is just too good to be true, therefore there can't be a free version, or else it won't be profitable for the music industry

@mekz100 Spotify was never meant to be free. The free music deal is just to create a user base. Americans will have to pay after some time just like we Europeans had to after a year or so.

I think they're good regarding security and such. But they're new bullshit with the forcing of linking Spotify accounts to Facebook accounts was a bad move. I'm afraid that will ruin them if they don't correct the mistake.

@KingTreonn Why? With spotify you don't have to have the music on your computer, it always works, and if you are a premium member you can listen to spotify in your phone. I always connect my iPhone to my car and the streaming always works nice. Best of all is that your playlist is connected to your account, so even if you connect from another computer or your phone, all playlist will already been synced. At least try it.

Spotify has become THE way of listening to music in Sweden. A lot of poeple use the free version, which had no limitations until they changed the terms to 10h/month and many of my friends are a little upset with this. BUT paying 99 SEK(=15.5dollars = a lot cheeper in the US!) per month for almost all the music available is a pretty good deal. I've been using spotify premium for 1,5 years now and I know it will be a success in the US.
