Now If a "CHILD" or That "PARENT(s)" broke the law before the AGE OF 21 of parenting their child(rens) In NYC.

Such as- OVERSEEING- on that CHILD, By Getting Married to their babydaddy(s) ASAP.,Working on the Books, Graduating, and even Joining the US forces.

Shouldn't get any SUPPORT, from Welfare, Section 8, SSI,Medicade nor from the Goverment.

PAY YOUR TAXES!! - these sick peasants - Are as ILLEGAL as anything else.

IF I'M BREACKING THE LAW, BY HAVING ONE CHILD.... FUCK YOU.

THE KKK GOVERNMENT AGAINST ALL MEN must not be allowed to treat men as money slaves to women.Men are only responsible to pay precisely 50% of neccessary expenses towards the child,NOT 100%,not 500% and NOT based on a percentage of what he earns.If the woman is not able to pay the other 50% THAT SHOULD NOT BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE MAN,that should then be the responsibility of the government.She should not recieve money for time she spends with the child since thats her responsibility

I spent 19 year's paying CHILDSUPPORT

I'm not happy by OUR goverment.

We ALL should step UP, because the poeple dont want to see this happing again.

My advice for EVERY DEAD BEAT DAD ?? is please as soon as you can "Step UP"

Hell with childSupport my so-call daughter is 19 years old and a mother of a 2 years old.I still have to pay for this piece of shit (her Mother). while she's married and on welfare and on section 8 also collect tax refund. I've been paying childSupport and while I was with this piece of shit (her Mother) since my so-call daughter was 1 1/2 years old. Now is it me? or the piece of shit? or my so-call daughter?or the System with the problem I still have to pay childSupport until 21 NYCBKLYN

This guy totes the party line well.. But no fellow, the system is not fair and getting child support lowered is near impossible. The system feeds off federal dollars and they want that child support as high as possible. Don't lower it, go and get rid of it , yes it can be done. Most child support orders are based on void judgments and the Supreme Court says you have the right to make a private arrangement and kick the greedy state out.

I just got 100 dollars taken from my bank account. Wells Fargo Bank charges 100 bucks

For "Legal processing Fees" and I'm telling everyone about it.

If you are a Dad like me,

who pays child support like me.

and has NEVER missed a payment, like me.

You are now subject to random searches of your bank account by the state.

Each time the state asks the banks about your account,

the Bank will now take 100 bucks from your account, for their trouble.

This advise is BS. First: even if you do everything recommended here (and we have a plethora of cases to demonstrate this) the court will ignore your motion. We have Father's who have been in accidents, FLAT ON THE BACKS unable to do anything but breathe, who don't get any 'modification.'

Clearly, this guy is part of the system. We have tried every type of legal defense to get modification of custody; child support reductions; ad infinitum, ad nauseum--and the courts routinely deny this.

I'm not quite sure if you did this video to actually help anyone,or as an advertisement to get business.

We as a nation as well as Canada,and Australia have seen how the system doesn't work.And giving in to government antrocities to feed the coffers of government and attornies is not a remedy either.

After all the law makers and judges are attornies most people don't trust attornies,besides they are all peers,thats almost like asking a lier if a theif will steal imho.
