I watch the special in my Social Problems class in college, and it almost brought me to tears brought back many memories growing up in a house hold that was struggling, I could relate to a lot of the things he went through, I just hope he takes them and makes a better person out of him, which i see that would not be a problem for this young man. Ivan you keep it and you will go far.
I dont understand how with all the money that changes hands in the united states a beautiful child like Ivan went through what he has gone through. Its a shame that we as a society allow this. When I first saw the original show I couldnt stop crying and holding my children thanking god for helping me and allowing me to be where I am today. We need to quit talking about how we can help and just get out there and DO IT!!!!
OMG!!!! I fell in love with this little boy,Ivan. Jjust watching him on 20/20 , my heart felt so heavy for him. I wanted to just hold him and love him....though I know he got plenty of that from him mommy. Now to see how his life has changed so greatly makes my heart sing with joy! Ivan you do have lots and lots of people that love you and your family! Ivan,you are inspiration to us!!! all!!!!!!!
