  • Wow:D

  • 75 people are deaf!

  • @lucliter Correct you are. Those who dance are considered insane by those who can't hear the music.

  • did you made it? or bought it? if so where ? sounds really good!

  • This is truly the beauty of simplicity.

  • T_T could you please upload a video, where you hit it only once? I can't find a sound effect file for it, for laptop dj

  • @MihalyEduardo look up the Hapi UFO official website. If u click the tabs, itll play that note...mess with the tone enough, im sure u can make it happen

  • I love that sound. A Hang will comes in my collection of music instruments.

  • @HollyDeluxe: Good luck with that. You will need it. ;)

Maybe you check the "Hank Drum" (also called "Hapi Drum") as an alternative.^^

  • 70 people aren't hang...

  • Great right?

  • it sounds unreal! i was listening this maybe 15 times!

  • well done ;-)

  • i want one so bad! : (

i wish they would have never stopped manufacturing them! and they wouldnt cost thousands. i will get one, one day, i know it.

  • @AlexxisPlata they did not stop manufacturing.

  • @ruebenheini No but it is a bitch to get one from them

  • Nice sounds!!!

  • ...am I the only one who thinks it kinda looks like a boob from this angle?

  • @DeltaWound yep. looks just like some guys' boobs, amazing.

  • If only they didn't for for around $4.000, I would so buy one. :/

  • @TheCaliger dude they are like for 300bucks

  • @DrumsOwner1993 For a Hang 'Drum'?

I think you're looking in the wrong areas. A Hang is around $1,000 if you get it straight from the only two people who make it. They do ship, but are apperantly not making any at the moment. One on Ebay is around $3 - 4,000.

You can find others that are knock offs, they arn't as good in quality, but they still work.

Example, a Hapi is around $340, where as a Halo is around $1,000.

  • maybe tht one cos i saw that they are about 350 bucks

  • @0mrtn0 Well, if you can find a Hang for $300, then you are extremely lucky, or getting ripped off by a fake. I mean, I can buy a Hapi drum for around $340, but Hang Sound Sculptures are $1000.

  • how much force is needed to produce sound?

  • øøøøøøøøøøøøøøøøøøøøøøøøøøøøøøøøøøøø yeye... mushroom trip

  • absolutely incredible

    i want one

  • @cheddarbo Its hand crafted in switzerland, and has 2 years ordering, and i don't talk about the cost :)

  • *grows giant mushroom*

    *hacks pokemon into real life*

    *gets a metal coat*

    *gives metal coat to mushroom*

*trades mushroom to someone then back*

    *cuts mushroom head off*

    do i win? :3

  • nice song ... now lets smoke a joint!!

  • @pohica i second this notion

  • @pohica majketi XD

  • @pohica majketi XD

  • Only one word...:

    Wonderfull!

  • Great sound, and calming the mind. I like your music!!!

  • lol nice song dude people who do this should be a mutilation

  • the power of steel!

  • EXCELENT!!!!

  • where do you get these?

  • soz but i have to say this

it kinda looks like a boob :/

  • Hangs do sound amazing but I love my Hank drums sooooo much. I think because i actually built it. Long live Dennis Havlena :)

  • Yeah i realize Hangs sound better. But they are almost impossible to get and way out of my price range. Also if you take your time to get it right you can get a Hank that sounds really nice. No need to be mean.

  • two Jamaican style steel drums fused together, its why they sound so similar, i love the sound of any steel drum though regardless of where its from

  • Great work!

can you tell me what you scale you think the hang is in from the video "AMAZING Street Musician!!"

  • pantheon steel is making something similar and are still trying to perfect it even more. They call it a Halo.

Regards , an Indian Tabla player.

  • its hard finding info on where and how to get one of these. Can anyone help me out?

  • yeah, I'm having the same problem. I don't think they're available in the US yet and I saw someone comment that one used was 1500 if that's accurate.

  • See at pantheon steel to get info for alternative to the hang (named Halo). The hang's makers (Bern ,Austria) are actually in stand-by for production to get into research... And is there a long list of people wanting one !

    Cheers, Yo

  • Their not available in the states. Their only handmade by two men in Switzerland, and their like 1500 bucks each. Oh and good luck with the two year waiting list :D. I wish getting one was easier...''/

  • Hang

Is it expensive, or hard to play?

Please enlighten me on the subject!

    Thanks

  • hang drums are hand made from two guys that live in sweden or norway or one of those countries, they charge around $2000 for them ive read, and they have stopped making them, so good luck on getting one

  • yeah, switzerland, if they made them in norway it would be way easier for me to get one....:P

  • switzerland

  • you can try a Milltone drum and can find them on ebay for 250 dollars. It may be the second best thing then trying to get a hang drum
