Now, I don't know about you, but it seems to me that designing a building to sustain this kind of damage and never taking into account that the whole design doesn't work because fireproofing gets knocked off just doesn't make sense to me. Professor Jones is brave and honest about the facts and he knows what he's talking about. People I've known who work actually implode buildings have told me they agree with him but don't want to end up as he has. His University was pressured to put him on leave.
