Yes, the front facing camera does allow you to shoot video as well as still images. I think my EVO 3D is a great phone albeit with a few glitches here and there.

@anfro18 Right now, these are the only glitches I can think of, tho there have been more that I can't seem to remember at the moment. Sometimes, after taking a pic, the screen freezes. The only way to fix it so that I can use the camera again is to restart the phone. Another glitch, which is infrequent esp compared to the other glitch, is that I open the camera to find green bars all over my screen & it destroys the pics. Only way to get rid of it? Yup restart the phone.

Does this have a "3D Slider" where you can adjust the 3D effect? Like the Nintendo 3DS?

This phones camera being 5mp instead of 8 shouldn't be a problem, with a camera this small being 8mp instead of 5 really doesnt matter that much, if you think your getting a great picture with any cell phone your fooling yourself, get the phone because its got better hardware.

Then go buy yourself an actual camera and learn how to take real pictures, then you actually have a camera you can brag about, if you really need that to feel good.

@DrDoWork Honestly the camera quality is a big downfall for the phone for me. I have the original Evo and I don't remember the last time I picked up my physical camera to take a picture. I have 3 different camera apps on my phone and they all suit me just fine. My Evo has taken place of my real camera! The quality of pics on the Evo is pretty good for a phone if I do say so myself. The Evo 3D looks beautiful, but the camera is a miss for me

how is that 3d is just takes 2 pictures side by side and tryes to mix them together? I dont see nothing good about this phone, the evo 4g is better with a better camera 8mp. comapred to the 5 mp on this hunk.

The 3D's camera isn't as good, but why do you need an 8MP camera on your phone?

The 3D has a 1.2GHz dual core processor, WAY better than the evo 4G.

The 3D also has a bigger battery. The Evo 3D is a lot better than the Evo 4G

I'm definatly getting one when it launch in Uk, and give my iPhone 4 to my 18month old kid to play with, you'll be surprise how easy to use iPhone is, my kid goes on YouTube and plays video. Lol. iPhone ain't for me, it's too babyish

@eldjlobito what are you talking about? It has HDMI just not a DEDICATED hdmi port, uses the same port for USB and HDMI, has flash, has a front facing camera.
