@573W1E6R1FF1N This was being broadcasted on Justin dot TV for the sake of hopefully saving some peoples lives, at one point I did reach about 75 or so viewers
@MegaBrokenstar This is the Severe Mode/Tropical Mode music, the one TWC used to use just before Storm Alert. They used this during Gustav just before Storm Alert, then once they switch into Storm Alert, they use the melody music. I don't have the MP3 of this or anything
@VercittiGangBoy Oh OK, That was My first year getting into Hurricanes, so yeah... I don't remember the whole music scheme... do you have a vid of this music or could you make a MP3 of it?
It's good music, but I think it's too dramatic. It would be like my local news making "DUM DUM DUM" music whenever they report news about a sex offender or something like that.
What's interesting though is that Ike was so big in physical size that when the pressure droped the winds didn't really catch up. I watched one Ike coverage video and the pressure droped 40 something mbs without the winds even really strengthening.
That was a month I will never forget, first Ike, then the World Financial Crisis at full force. One of the worst months in recent history.

Um, this is definitely Storm Alert music, it's just new...

I remember everyone getting scared about Ike. That is, everyone but some of the Galveston residents. I remember the saying, "Get our or die."

might have been due to the fact that it was going through what looked like an eyewall replacement cycle all the way up to landfall
that, and how gigantic it was
VercittiGangBoy 2 years ago
Was Ike a cat, 4 when it made landfall? or was it 3?

Ike was a 2 with winds of 110mph
