  • I hear rock paper scizors set to the Jaws theme.

  • 0:12, I watched the whole thing in korean sub, I noticed xD

  • What's all this racket going on up here son? You watchin' yer girl cartoons again?

  • はらさえよ

guys, she said harasaeyo. it essentially means "That was different"

  • @ButtsexV2 Really?, it really does sounds like i love you with accent.

  • @thememeworld I actually did a little more research on the English language and it translates better to "That was unexpected"

The answer is yes, she said Harasaeyo

  • God, that's cute.

  • MY HAND IS A D- SHARK!

  • This video gives me diabetes.

  • I'm Japanese and sorry but it doesn't sound "I love you", for when the Japanese pronounce I love you in a Japanese accent, it should sound like "ai rabu yuu".

Its probably saranghaeyo. Hanaseyo is out of the question.

As I said before, the author may love Asian languages for some reason.

  • Wow...it does sound like she's saying "I love you" o_o.

Incidentally, hanase yo = let go!

  • Comment removed

  • @darkicecrystal Unlikely, the kid love sharks.

  • @svkt28

Since they're no way to tell unless we ask the writer, I'm going to go with english "I love you".

I doubt it's korean. There is no other use of korean anywhere else in the series but there's plenty of english.

  • @darkicecrystal I've never said she was saying korean, I'm just pointing out the fact that the girl loves sharks so it's improbable that she will say 'hanase yo(let go)'.

  • Shark says: "Nom." OvwvO

  • cute caption, though she's saying 'hanase yo' ... cause it'd be weird for a japanime to suddenly throw korean in there. >.>

  • (Cough out blood) To Cute! (Faint)

  • That doesn't count unless the shark is made of paper.

  • Best one by far, definitely the cutest XD

  • Hmm.... I should throw Shark more often

  • My hand is a shark, your agrument is invalid

  • rock, paper, HHHHHHNNNNNNNNNNNNG!

  • to me it sounds like sa ran he yo and not hanaseyo. I'm Japanese so this must be reliable. Probably hakase said this because she LOVE sharks and perhaps the author likes asian languages. (for there are so many references to slamapagi things or so lol)

  • Thats probly cause watched it 10 X  From 10 inches from the screen on an iphone. :}

  • Daahhhh! The kawaii, it burns!!!! :0

  • Lol xD

  • Wait, if Shark beats rock, what beats shark?

  • @notbobby125 Oxygen tank, I would assume.

  • @notbobby125 Harpoon?

  • @notbobby125 Rock < Shark < Giant squid < Sushi Chef

I thought this was all pretty well known.

  • @pardusardens But what if Shark goes against Sushi Chef! D:

  • Daw, look how cute the shark biting off the little girl's arm is. ^-^

  • HAKASE IS SOOO CUTE!!!

  • Just how does that sound Japanese? "Sa Rang Hae Yo 사랑해요" does not sound ANYTHING like such as: "Ai shiteru 愛してる", "Suki da 好きだ" and any other examples of saying "I love you" in Japanese... ffs people are so ignorant these days

  • @chococta96 Who you taking too? o.o

  • @MrSWAT302 To ignorant dumbasses who have commented in this video claiming that the language was not Korean...

  • @chococta96 Oh, maybe people were saying that it's just "Ilove you" but with a Japanese accent :o But to me, it actually sounds like she's saying sa rang hae yo

  • @chococta96 Calm down dude, why does this even matter? If you're going to go on a rage rant like that, rather than just saying the word and it's Korean characters, you could at least say what Sa Rang Hae Yo translates to so it would at least make sense. What's that? It means "I love you?" Whoa, so this was pointless because it sounds like the literal "I love you" in english but with a japanese accent OR like Sa Rang Hae Yo which means the same thing? Bingo.

  • @Shadow12000 Did you even read what I typed? or are you just ignoring my points overshadowed by my "rant"? please go back to my comments and read what I actually wrote.. also FYI, "Sa Rang Hae Yo" was referenced from the MANGA itself -_-;; do I need any proof to correct you ignorant dumbasses? Moreover, I'm Korean-Japanese who speaks both language in average level. I know this shit better than you.

  • @chococta96

Why bother learning a mongrel language like Korean in the first place?

  • Rock paper scissors, your doing it right.

  • Hakase says "sa rang hae yo", there's no doubt about it... Besides it's absolutely clear how she spells it, remember "Selamat pagi" and other foreign references in this anime.

    Argentine Peso!!!

  • Note to self: screw paper, use Shark.

  • plz remove the korean annotation thing, its just "i love you" in engrish lol

  • yeah, sounds like she says "I love you" in english

  • I thought she was saying "Hanaseyo" = Let Go

  • "사랑해요."

(I hope I spelled it right...)

  • Rock, paper, SHARK!

  • 14 People were beaten by a shark.

  • This is the universal pronunciation for I love you xD

  • i love u hakaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

  • God, what am I doing here?

  • Rock.. paper... shark?

  • HNNNNNNNNG!!!!!!exclamation point!!!!!eleven!!111!!one!!11111

  • HNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNG

  • Broke the replay button :)

  • Chomp. :D <3 I <3 sharks.

  • If I were to show someone a video that described all of Japanese culture in less than a minute, this one would be it.

  • Gabu? x3333

  • I just wasted 14 seconds of my life on this...

    *watches it 37 more times

  • @master31234 means 37.14= 152 seconds of your life?

  • what if Kisame and Hakase meet?

  • This ain't rock paper scissors, it's rock, paper, HNNNNNNNNGGGG!

  • considering this is japanese, I think she said I love you in romaji type format.

in japanese language (this is prolly somethin you knowm but in case not), they cant really use the letter l, they dont even have that. so instead they use r instead

and since their r's are like our d, what sounds korean is actually distorted english

problem solved :3 still cute as shit tho

  • soooo... CUUUTEEEED... ARARGAHH..... *HEAD EXPLODE*

  • Adorable

  • Whoa, I didn't even realize she spoke in Korean. I was too enamored by the cuteness of this scene ahaha. Otherwise I would have noticed.

  • Where's the ''Gashunk''`?

  • HHHHHHHNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGGG

  • I think it sounds like Kawaii Yo... or something like that...

  • moeshit~

  • I think it's "Gabafu yo", which means "It went chomp!"

  • So! (O w O) Kawaii (^ _ ^)

  • *cuteness overload*

  • Isnt it an "i love you" spoken with an japanese accent?

  • @HansRulezGl WHA?

  • @VocaloidUTAUFan45 am i wrong? did my statemant offend you? if so, i am deeply sorry.

  • @HansRulezGl No and no. I'm just confused on what you said.

  • @HansRulezGl Yes, yes it is. :3

  • Comment removed

  • i still hear the english "i love you" with an japanese accent

  • but it's a japanese show, where'd you get korean? @-@

  • @Nomeninja2 They are bordering (kinda) countries...To be fair, even I think its a bit weird and obscure...but i mean....Look at this anime in general.

  • @Fuyons9999 yarr this be true

  • sa rang hea yo

    ㅅㅏㄹㅏㅎㅐㅇ ㅇ ㅛ

    사랑해요

  • That paint I was working with must be fucking with me.

  • 0:14 obey

  • ok just hear me out. Is the Professor (or whatever she's called) supposed to look like Rebecca Miamoto from Pani Poni Dash....

Seriously aside from the hair color the resemblance is uncanny....

  • How on earth does it sound like "sa rang hae yo" in the slightest? Anyways isn't it more likely that a Japanese show would pick English instead of Korean? Nichijou has dabbled in Malaysian and German, but much more English than anything else.

  • Well, this certainly makes more sense then paper beating rock.

  • OEMGEE SO KAWAII UGUU

  • There's no 13 seconds O:

  • What in God's name just happened? Simple.

Just another function of the incredible Nano.

  • Comment removed

  • shark beats all mofos YAAAAA! -_- why just why

  • @earthboundkid1 Shark doesn't beat dynamite. : D

  • Press 7 for continous GABU<3

  • I'm pretty sure it's just Hanaseyo or however you spell shark in Nipyip.

  • I thought she was actually saying I love you, and then it turns out its sa rang hae yo....which means I LOVE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • GABU~ <3

  • How does she put on clothes with that key in her back...

  • @EponymousKid I don't know. ...THEREFORE ALIENS!

  • @SchizophrenicNazi You're doing it all wring, the correct thing to do is ''i dont know......therefore god!''

  • Shark hand: OM NOM NOM NOM NOM NOM NOM.

  • Best 14 seconds of my FUCKING LIFE!!!!!!!!! Need to find anime!

  • 0:09

    Pow, i win

  • ROCK, PAPER, SCISSORS, LIZARD, SPOCK!

  • Why haven't I started watching this yet?

  • MY HAND, ITS BEEN EATEN BY CUTENESS. HOW DOES THAT WORK?!?

  • @BlakeVIPKaZoMa Happens all the time, that why I don't like to go in the ocean that much, there's many cute creatures that will bite you to give you the cute disease. It isn't pretty either, happened to my best friend. Have you ever seen someone that suffered a cute bite? First their internal organs stop functioning correctly, then their skin drys and cracks off, and a unknown species of fungus takes over their body within the next 48 hours killing the victim. cute bites are anything but cute.

  • 0:11 is my phone wallpaper.

  • this is the other way sharks kills people @dead

  • 0:11 her face just tells me what the fuck bitch xD

  • press 7 for gabu XD

  • @battousaicrescent its Paku (chomp) :)

  • @The0Russian0 the version she uses is gabu, but both however mean chomp :P

  • @battousaicrescent oh ok cool, it sounds better as Gabu.

  • I thought she said "Kawaii yo"

    because she loves sharks. xD

  • It's "hanaseyo". It's unlikely to be anything Korean because they don't have a reason for her to speak it all of a sudden, it doesn't make sense in context, and Japan doesn't like nonJapanese nearly that much, let alone Koreans.

  • @atjnAdfhhjea Well, hard to tell. But the Professor does love sharks, so "hanaseyo" would be quite weird actually. As for a reason, I suggest don't go finding it in this series. Cause a lot of the things in Nichijou are just so random ;)

  • @LanFeaR86 I still think it's unlikely to be anything Korean, at least.

  • que no querra decir dejame o sueltame al final?

  • WHY DID I WASTE 6 SECONDS OF MY LIFE LIKE THIS

  • Japan.

    ONLY in Japan.

  • With the shark, all your moves are belong to us.

  • I want that shark mitten♥

  • THIS IS SOOO CUTE ^_^

  • *sigh* So I blasted this video at max volume on headphones to see what the hell everyone's arguing about... and here's what I've got so far... What Hakase says sounds more like "Hanaseyo" than "Sarang hae yo" to be honest. Whether it said "I love you" in Korean or "Let go of me" in Japanese, a video this cute (or "kawaii", as the Japanese say it in their language) is like... I can't feel my legs... WHAT HAPPENED TO MY LEGS!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!!!!

  • That's so cute...

    WHY DO I CRY?!

    *thud*

  • I don't really care really, both translations are so cute.

    HHHHNNGNGNGNGNGNGNGNG-

  • Just to add to this strange translation rage...

It sounds like 貼らせよ to me!!!

  • If some one forget "Hakase love sharks" tell it now!!! if you don't, well... welcome to the club =D

  • Yeah, it's "i love u" in korean. I'm korean and watched this on TV, but there was no kor sub only for that line.

  • are you sure about "I love you" in korean?

korean in a japanese anime doesnt make sense

so shouldnt you remove the annotation?

Whatever, its not like it matters

  • pfff you guys are all dumb, she's obviously explaining the theory of relativity. She aint saying no "i love you in w/e language you think it is".seriously people get your facts straight

  • Is she really not just saying "I love you" in Engrish?

  • Holy crap, everyone is arguing over the translation and I'm trying to figure out what in God's name just happened.

  • @Micd00gs7 I agree, who cares what the fuck she said... I don't even know what the hell I just watched.

  • @satanaeI Ultra-moe.

  • @satanaeI You just watched Nichijou.

    It's better than drugs.

  • I have diabetes.

  • ROCK PAPER SCISSORS!!....SHARK!!

  • cute over infinite x infinite

  • Don't you just hate when you're playing rock, paper, scissors and your friend chomps your hand with a random shark puppet?

    Yeah, me too. :(

  • Scumbag Nano plays Rock Paper Scissors. Uses shark.

  • Rock, paper ...scissors!

    -shark-

  • What's this Anime called I must watch it

  • @EdsmondxD Nichijou.

  • Japan.... cute but still what the fuck.

  • HNNNNNNNNNNGH!

  • Wait.

    That was the plot?

  • @Jimpiedepimpie Plot!? There's no such word in Nichijou!

  • HNNNNNG!

  • I actually hear "I love you" in plain Engrish, but that's just me

  • @Metaldeoxys i did too!

  • ORRRR it could be Hanase yo meaning let me go >_>

  • This is listed on TVTropes as one of the show's Heartwarming Moments.

  • Really. Sae rang hae yo.... I THOUGHT U WERE JAPANESE HAKASE

  • WHAT. THE. FUCK.

I watched something disturbing, AND I LOVED IT.

  • The shark hand...reminds me of BrocksDubs for some odd reason. o_e

  • Shark beats rock every time ^_^

  • My hand is a Shark.

    Your move is irrelivent.

  • @nixhydras I said that with an English accent and then lol'd my ass off

  • ... my god. this is just too fucking cute.

  • Why do i continuously press the 7 key?

  • This is the most adorable of all the Nichijou eyecatches.

  • Nichijou

  • what anime is this i wanna see it

  • @trueheven Nichijou
