Also worth noting:  Shepard has no romantic relationships, Wrex dies, the council dies, and Udina is made councilor. The Rachni queen isn't mentioned (at least, not in the PS2 version) but I'm sure she's dead as well.

There is no canon. Just because it's a default Shepard does not mean it's canon. In my version, the default is Ashley's alive.
