@funnyesthomevideos Actually, you're meant to concentrate on the ends because the roots are full of natural oils so if you put more oil on it, it gets really oily and creates greasy hair. :)

i found some other method online instead of warm it up on microwave you can apply the olive oil how it is and put a towel and sleep through it and remove it in the morning. this way your head and towel warm up the oil. i think this is a good method if you get lazy or tired you know lol

Olive oil is great on my hair...I can't go anywhere near coconut products, which is a shame...but I love using olive oil once a month on my hair. If you want to really nourish dry ends I leave it on over night... make sure to use a old towel on your pillow or sleep with a cap on :) Great Video!!

you can actually find olive oil for your hair in stores. I find that one better because it's not as greasy and it has a nice scent to it.

tip: using coconut oil on hair is also very nourishing and makes a good hot oil treatment. The difference is coco. oil can penetrate in to the hair shaft 90% but olive oil only 25% making hair more conditioned and stronger. Hope it helps.

lol cocount oil is an OLD carribbean tradition in my family. xD I can't tell you the number of times my mother would soak my hair in coconut oil every night, and then make me wash it out in the morning. It's still a tradition I keep up.

Hi Bliss070, I tend to use my normal shampoo routine but skip the conditioning part of it. I just shampoo through once, but if you happen to use too much oil just make sure you don't walk out of the shower with super oily hair!
